1 Dear Friends, HMY Yachts is proud to present our HMY Yachts Bimini Rendezvous You are invited to join us for this fun filled event bound for Resorts World Bimini in the Bahamas June 25 th - 28 th, To receive the Rendezvous package and Itinerary please contact me directly Elise Wever at ewever@hmy.com. On the morning of June 25th, many can meet at Palm Beach Port or Port Everglades at 8:00 AM for a group departure to our destination of Resorts World Bimini. Please choose the port of your convenience. About the HMY Yachts Bimini Rendezvous This year we will have a maximum of 50 boats join us and at least 200 people. The majority of the boaters are HMY clients, however we invite all boaters to join us. Boats generally range in size from and vary from cruisers to sportfishermans. Daily Activities are planned for our guests to make this the trip of a lifetime! Guests will be greeted with drinks, hors d oeuvres and buckets of treats. Families can enjoy any variety of activities including snorkeling excursions, paddle boarding, kayaking and more. An assortment of fun activities will be highlighted in the preliminary itinerary. Included in the HMY Yachts Bimini Rendezvous 2015 package you will find your HMY Registration form and HMY Credit Card Authorization form. This year we plan a maximum of 50 boats signing up, so please act on the enclosed information promptly. We hope you can join us on this exciting rendezvous! All participants must sign the Release of Liability and Exculpatory Provision below and an essential consideration for participating in the Bimini Rendezvous. Legal guardians must sign for all children under 18 years of age. FULL AND GENERAL RELEASE OF LIABILIITY AND EXCULPATORY PROVISION The undersigned participant, both personally and as legal guardian of all minor children, acknowledge that the events before, during and after the Bimini Rendezvous may be or are hazardous and or dangerous. The undersigned, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her minor children, understands that he/she may freely and voluntarily elect not to participate at any time or during any activity during this event. Further, the participant by affixing his or her signature personally or as legal guardian of all minor children, hereby release and hold harmless HMY and all of its agents, officers, directors and employees from any liability whatsoever, including HMY s and/or its agents, officers, directors and employees negligence, in connection with each and every event before, during and after the Bimini Rendezvous. The scope of this release shall include, but not be limited to, damages or losses or injuries of every kind and nature encountered before, during and after the Bimini Rendezvous. Further, the scope of this release shall include any and all claims and causes of action of every kind arising from any and all physical and/or emotional injuries and/or damages which may happen to me/us, or damage to or theft of our personal belongings, jewelry or other personal property. Participant further acknowledges and agrees that Participant shall not have any person or persons on his/her boat who have not signed a Release personally and as legal guardian for those minors in attendance.
