If fewer than 3 Tuna are caught in the Tuna categry, the White Marlin rllver mney will be paid 60/40 t 1 st and 2 nd place respectively If nly 1 Tuna is caught, 100% f the White Marlin rllver mney and Tuna mney will be paid t the winning Tuna. 2. In the event n qualifying Dlphin, Wah r Blue Marlin are caught, the Dlphin, Wah and Blue Marlin Treasure Chest s will be refunded t all registrants prrated n the amunt that wuld have been paid fr these categries f the Treasure Chest.

3 7. If there is a tie fr 1 st place in a Treasure Chest categry, the tie splits 1 st and 2 nd place mney. If there is a tie fr 2 nd place in a Treasure Chest categry, the tie splits the 2 nd and 3 rd place mney. If there is a tie fr 3 rd place in a Treasure Chest categry, the tie splits 3 rd place mney. 8. If there is a tie in weight fr the Blue Marlin Treasure Chest, the mney will be split equally. 9. In the event f a tie in the High Bat Award pint categry, the winner shall be the first bat reaching the winning pint ttal in its respective first r secnd day f fishing. 7 White Marlin and Tuna Calcutta Rules 1. All Tuna Calcutta payuts are subject t the fish meeting NMFS rules (HMS angling categry rules). 2. In the Event that less than three qualifying fish are caught in a particular White Marlin r Tuna Calcutta, the undistributed mnies fr the place r places with n qualifying fish will be distributed as fllws: If n third place qualifying White Marlin is caught, that mney will be split equally between the first and secnd place White Marlin. If n secnd place qualifying White Marlin is caught, all mney in the White Marlin Categry will g t the first place White Marlin. If there is a tie fr 1 st place in the Calcutta, the tie splits 1 st and 2 nd place mney. If there is a tie fr 2 nd place in the Calcutta, the tie splits the 2 nd and 3 rd place mney. If there is a tie fr 3 rd place in the Calcutta, the tie splits 3 rd place mney. If n qualifying White Marlin is caught, that mney will g t the Tuna winners (example: 1 st t 1 st, 2 nd t 2 nd, 3 rd t 3 rd ). If n third place qualifying Tuna is caught, that mney will be split equally between the first and secnd place Tuna. In the event that there is n qualifying White Marlin r Tuna caught, the prize mney wuld be refunded t all entrants f Calcuttas at the level they participate in. 3. There is n size requirement fr Calcutta prizes fr Wah r Dlphin 4. Checks will be accepted fr Calcutta entries until July 15 th Cash is required after July 15 th. 5. Plygraph examinatins may be required at the discretin f the WMIT Cmmittee. The WMIT Cmmittee shall have the right, at its discretin, t require a single persn r multiple persns (including the entire crew) n a registered vessel t take a plygraph examinatin. All persns selected by the WMIT Cmmittee must take, and pass at the determinatin f the test administratr, the plygraph examinatin prir t the distributin f any prize r award mney t them (r their vessel) by the WMIT. The plygraph testing will ccur at The Beach Haven Marlin & Tuna Club, 420 N. Pennsylvania Ave, Beach Haven NJ 08008, Sunday July 30 th The exact time will be annunced at the Captains meeting and listed in the Turnament Infrmatin Bk that is distributed with the bat packets r psted n prir t 9:00 p.m. n Saturday, July 29, The WMIT Cmmittee reserves the rights, in its sle discretin, t reschedule any plygraph examinatin, r require additinal plygraph examinatins. 6. If an angler wishes t dispute an unfavrable plygraph result, the angler may have a secnd plygraph cnducted within 10 days by a certified plygraphist by the American Plygraph Assciatin at the angler s expense. This plygraph must be administered t ASTM standards. The decisin as t which f the tw-plygraph tests will be used t determine prize mney eligibility is that f the WMIT Cmmittee in cnsultatin with the plygraph examiner(s). The decisin f the WMIT Cmmittee shall be final.

Turnament Participants are assumed t have all f the necessary permits, licenses, and/r registratins required by law. Hwever, it is nt the respnsibility f the turnament fficials r directrs t verify that all required permits, licenses, and/r registratins have been acquired by anglers participating in the WMIT turnament.
