#4: Jellyfish might look soft and cuddly, But you may not want one for a pet. #5: Because they have prickly stingers And what you see is not what you get!

The Jellyfish Oh, the jellyfish is ninety-five percent water, ninety five percent water, that s the jellyfish. And their tentacles, well, they have lots of stingers, they can give you zingers, that s the jellyfish. CHORUS: So, if you see one in the water one day, just say Bye, bye, jellyfish, be on your way. And their tentacles can strike with poison potion if they have the notion, that s the jellyfish. CHORUS: So, if you see one in the water one day, just say Bye, bye, jellyfish, be on your way. Or if a jellyfish should ever appear, just say,

Oh, the jellyfish doesn t have a heart, had no heart from the start, yes, that s the jellyfish. And the jellyfish has no brain, it s true, but they can still sting you, yes, that s the jellyfish.

2. When scallops want to move around, They open up their shell, Then set themselves in motion with water they expel. CHORUS: Let s sing of the bivalves, the bivalves, There s much we have to tell About these special sea creatures who live inside a shell.

3. And last but never least we can t forget about the clam. They make their home on the ocean floor and they burrow in the sand.

Scallops and oysters and clams, yo ho! Bivalves that live in the sea. Scallops and oysters and clams, yo ho, They live inside a shell. Scallops and oysters and clams, yo ho! You ve learned about them, my friend. Scallops and oysters and clams, yo ho! Come back and visit again, yo ho!

#8: Sharks have been around longer than the dinosaur And over a lifetime can grow 30,000 teeth or more. #9: Blue, great white, and hammerhead are dangerous to man, So if you see one, get out of the water just as safe as you can!

All About Sharks We re gonna tell you all about sharks today, Yes, that s what we re gonna do. There s great white, tiger, and hammerhead, And don t forget about big blue! Some are only seven inches long, And then others measure forty feet. Many different names, but their teeth are not the same, It all depends on what they eat!

Oh, the sharks are coming out tonight, Get out of the water and stay out of sight. The sharks are coming, watch your back, Don t want to get caught in a shark attack!

We bet you didn t know when they lose a tooth Another one grows right back. There s 30,000 teeth a shark can grow, Yes, that s a really well-known fact! Some sharks live for thirty years. Most are cold-blooded, yes, it s true. They think plants and fish make a very tasty dish, Be sure that you re not tasty too!

Oh, the sharks are coming out tonight, Get out of the water and stay out of sight. The sharks are coming, watch your back, Don t want to get caught in a shark attack! Don t want to get caught in a shark attack! Don t want to get caught in a shark a ttack!

#10: Whales are highly intelligent creatures of the sea. And they are warm-blooded just like you and me. #11: They talk to each other with a melodious sound That often can be heard for many miles around.

Whale of a Whale of a Tale! Many creatures are found in the sea. Come along and meet one now with me. It s a whale of a tale, a whale of a tale, a whale of a whale of a tale. It s a whale of a tale, a whale of a tale, a whale of a whale of a tale.

Oh, the whale is the biggest animal ever seen before. Some are ninety feet long and several tons strong, As big as a dinosaur! It s a whale of a tale, a whale of a tale, a whale of a whale of a tale. It s a whale of a tale, a whale of a tale, a whale of a whale of a tale.

There are humpback, orca, sperm, and pygmy whales just to name a few. And there s finback, gray, but we must say the biggest one is the blue. It s a whale of a tale, a whale of a tale, a whale of a whale of a tale. It s a whale of a tale, a whale of a tale, a whale of a whale of a tale.

Whales have fat that we call blubber for storing energy, And they can talk to one another with whale song melodies! It s a whale of a tale, a whale of a tale, a whale of a whale of a tale. It s a whale of a tale, a whale of a tale, a whale of a whale of a tale A whale of a whale of a tale!

#12: An octopus has tentacles, eight arms, yes, that s right. And they can squirt out black ink that s darker than the night. #13: Put a group of them together and they re called octopi, and if you dive into the ocean you may see some swimming by!

Arm in Arm With an Octopus Here are some facts about the octopus that may not be well known. They have three hearts, they have eight arms, but not one single bone! Let s go arm in arm with an octopus, Come and join our song. Arm in arm with an octopus, Bring seven friends along!

Arm in arm with an octopus, that s what we re gonna do. Arm in arm with an octopus, Ink-a-dink-a-doo! The octopus can t hear a thing but they have a great sense of sight. They use their arms to catch their prey and search for food at night!

Let s go arm in arm with an octopus, Come and join our song. Arm in arm with an octopus, Bring seven friends along! Arm in arm with an octopus, that s what we re gonna do. Arm in arm with an octopus, Ink-a-dink-a-doo!

They squirt a cloud of dark black ink when they want to hide. If they lose an arm, one grows right back so they Never lose their stride.

Let s go arm in arm with an octopus, Come and join our song. Arm in arm with an octopus, Bring seven friends along! Arm in arm with an octopus, that s what we re gonna do. Arm in arm with an octopus, Ink-a-dink-a-doo! (At end, 2 times more!)

#14: Sea turtles are quite interesting creatures. A big heavy shell is just one of their features. #15: When they are on land the look slumsy as can be, but they swim like fish when they dive into the sea!
