Page 2 A WORTHY CAUSE Since 2003, Oilfield Helping Hands (OHH) has helped oilfield families in critical need of financial assistance. Numerous corporations and hundreds of individuals comprise our membership, and we have provided more than $3.4 million in assistance to those in need. Committed and enthusiastic volunteers keep costs down so the money we raise makes a real difference. AN EVENT YOU CAN T MISS Enjoy a beautiful day of competition, fun and camaraderie, all benefiting the Texas oilfield community. Participate in an exciting one-day shooting tournament featuring two different shooting flights. Feast on delicious food prepared by the event s numerous cook teams and register to win fantastic door prizes! HOW YOU CAN HELP As a sponsor, you will help offset event expenses so all proceeds can benefit oilfield families in financial crisis. Your company will be recognized several ways during the event and on our website. At certain levels, you can register a specified number of teams to participate in the tournament at no additional cost. A wide variety of commitment levels are available. Please see the sponsorship opportunities sheet for full details. 11 TH ANNIVERSARY The Sporting Clays Tournament was OHH s earliest event after the organization was founded. More than a decade later, the fall tournament is one of the organization s premiere fund-raisers and is a cornerstone of OHH s charitable activities. It attracts recreational shooters, national champions, individuals and corporate teams each playing a key role in the event s success and our ability to help oilfield employees and their families. Westside Sporting Grounds Pattison Rd. Katy, TX Shooters provide own ammo (No. 7 1/2, 8, 9 shot only). Shooting teams consist of four shooters for $750. Two man teams can be registered and will be paired with another two man pair for $450. Single shooters may register for $250 and will be teamed as well.
