4 Pace of Play: Members & Guests are expected to maintain appropriate Pace of Play. Groups will be held to established Pace of Play guidelines, so Member enjoyment is not affected. The Professional Staff reserves the right and intends to require any group to reposition (i.e., to skip a hole) in the event they fall behind. Players engaged in tournament play shall have the right of way over all other play. Members who have three Pace of Play infractions will be restricted from playing prior to 10:30am for two weeks and will also be required to call the Golf Shop to book a tee time after 10:30. Tee times prior to 10:30 during the restriction period will be cancelled. Infractions for Pace of Play will be applied to each individual member of the slow group and so Members are encouraged to self-police their playing group. Tee Sheet Manipulation & Abuse: Members must refrain from using other Members as placeholders on the tee sheet. Doing this negatively impacts course access for other Members. Manipulation and/or abuse of the tee sheet will trigger the enforcement of the No-Show Policy against the Member who was signed up but did not play. No-Shows (Members): Members are requested to cancel any reservation 24 hours prior to any tee time that will not be utilized, but no later than 3 hours prior to tee time. Members who must cancel a tee time under three hours prior should call the Golf Shop. This is a common courtesy to all other Members and reasonable efforts are expected to be made by the Member to adhere. The Golf Shop will not be required to inform the Golf Committee of No-Shows due to inclement weather. Members who abuse the tee time reservation system by being a No-Show for tee times will be reported to the Golf Committee. The third No-Show infraction will result in losing the ability to have advanced tee times for two weeks. Advanced tee times during the restriction period will be cancelled. Restricted Members will be required to call the Golf Shop to book a tee time, which will only be allowed on the same day they wish to play. No-Shows (Guests): Members are requested to cancel any Guest reservation 24 hours prior to any tee time that will not be utilized, but no later than 3 hours prior to tee time. Members who must cancel a tee time when under three hours prior to the tee time should call the Golf Shop. This is a common courtesy to all other Members and reasonable efforts are expected to be made by the Member to adhere. Guest tee times that are not utilized and not properly cancelled will be billed to the Member account at a rate of $ per player. The Golf Shop will not be required to inform the Golf Committee of No-Shows due to inclement weather. 4 of 12
