1 2018 PERMANENT TEE TIME MEMBERSHIP The 2018 Permanent Tee-Time program offers significant savings to our valued guests who frequent our club. Seven Bridges offers various programs which provide a reserved tee-time on Saturday or Sunday morning between 6:30am-9:30am. A complete foursome is required in order to be part of the program. The Permanent Tee-Time season will begin on April 21 st /22 nd and continue through September 15 th /16 th Benefits Include: Golf cart equipped with GPS 25% discount off of regularly priced Seven Bridges logo apparel $20 discount off of Summer Rack Rates at times outside of the package, excluding program, senior, twilight or 9-hole rates. Program Options Include: 22-week Pre-Paid Package: $1845/player 22-week Deposit Option: $845 down and pay $50 each week/player 11-week Pre-Paid Package: $1045/player 11-week Deposit Option: $545 down and pay $50 each week/player

2 Returning Foursomes All returning 2017 permanent tee-time holders are eligible to renew their assigned permanent teetime for To secure their time for 2018, all permanent tee-time members must pay for their time in full by Thursday, March 1 st. New Foursomes For the 2018 season, permanent tee-times are currently available from 6:30am-9:30am. If you are interested in a permanent tee-time please contact Ben Nachtwey at ext.236 or bnachtwey@sevenbridgesgolfclub.com On Thursday, February 15 th, any tee-times which have not yet been reserved by renewal will become available on a first-come first-served basis. All Foursomes The permanent tee-time fee for the entire foursome must be paid in full at the time of sign up. One player may sign up the entire foursome. Credit cards will be accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover) Checks are made payable to: Seven Bridges Golf Club IMPORTANT POLICIES As a prerequisite to having a permanent tee-time, each foursome is expected to KEEP PACE by finishing the 18 th hole within 10 minutes of the group ahead, or by playing in no longer than 4 hours. Foursomes who do not continually KEEP PACE will lose their permanent tee-time. Foursomes must report to the starter no later than 10 minutes before their scheduled tee-off time. Failure to report will permit Seven Bridges to consider you a no show and sell your tee-time that day without refund. Soft spikes and proper golf attire are mandatory at Seven Bridges. No denim is allowed. Permanent tee-time foursomes are expected to play at their assigned starting time rain or shine. If the course is unplayable a rain check will be issued which is redeemable for any day during the golf season providing a tee-time is available. Under no circumstances will a cash refund be available.

Each group has the option of canceling one time throughout the season, with a minimum 48-hour notice. 3. Any group that doesn t show or cancels less than 48-hours in advance will be charged for each absent player. 4. Cancellations due to inclement weather are at the discretion of the golf course. 5. Each group must select a representative to act as Team Captain. 6. The Captain serves as a liaison between Seven Bridges. The group is responsible for ensuring that four paid players show up on time each week. 7. In the event a group fails to have four paid players or doesn t show up for their assigned time, the Team Captain will be assessed the appropriate charges week permanent tee time program enrollment fees are non-refundable. 9. Permanent tee program participants are responsible for abiding by all of the rules and policies in place, including dress code, pace of play and daily cart rules. 10. Seven Bridges Golf Club officials reserve the right to exclude or reject any and all objectionable persons from the premises, without liability.
