2 Dear Potential Passholder, hank you for contacting us for information regarding our passholder program. Our Vision at Cape Royal Golf Club is to be the best public facility in Lee County by striving to continuously enhance all 27 holes, our clubhouse and our dining facility to obtain the ultimate guest satisfaction. We will provide a variety of fun activities for all ages while making each customer feel at home. Our commitment to iscal responsibility and employee satisfaction will ensure our long term success and well-being. Our Club is fortunate to have a great 27 hole golf course designed by the Gordon Lewis. While the Cape Royal Golf Club has been an American favorite for many years, our passholder programming is more than just golf. here is great camaraderie amongst the passholders that only serves to enhance the diverse social and golf programming. By signing this agreement, the passholder shall agree to the contractual terms of the passholder agreement and understand that the passholder agrees to pay all months of their current passholder type (12, 6, or 3 months). 2. If you wish to resign from your passholder (Only applicable for 12 month passholders), CRGC requires a 30 day written notice of resignation prior to your renewal date. Medical Leave Medical leave is ONLY honored in serious conditions, such as heart surgery, chemo therapy, hip/knee replacements, etc. A note from your medical doctor (chiropractors are not accepted) must be resented for the leave to be granted. Management has the right to refuse a medical leave of absence in any situation. Medical Leave may be used one time over the course of two (2) years for a maximum of four (4) months.
