Hadrian s Brasserie Breakfast: Monday to Friday 7am to 10am Saturday and Sunday 7am to 10.30am Dinner: Monday to Sunday 6.30pm to 9.45pm If that all sounds a little too exhausting, take a dip in our swimming pool before relaxing in our sauna, whirlpool and steam room. 6 A-Z of Lodge Services Accounts All accounts should be settled on departure unless credit facilities are arranged prior to arrival. Alarm Calls Please contact Reception to arrange. Baggage Services Please contact Concierge who will be happy to collect or store your luggage. Car Rental Concierge can arrange chauffeur driven cars and taxis in addition to self-drive vehicles. Check Out Departure time is 10am. Concierge will be happy to collect or store any luggage. Check In Bedrooms are available from 4pm. Children s Facilities and Services We welcome children of all ages here at Slaley Hall. However, in the Health Club the following safety regulations must be adhered to: Children 8 years and younger Adults must be with them in the water at all times Children aged 8-12 years An adult needs to be within the pool hall. Children aged years A swim competence test needs to be done with an adult present, to be allowed to swim unaccompanied. Please see the Health Club information on page 5 regarding children s swim times. Children s Cots and Extra Beds Baby cots, extra beds and bedding are available from Housekeeping. Pre-booking of cots and extra beds is required at an additional cost. Concierge Reception is staffed 24 hours a day and we are pleased to assist you at any time. Doctor or First Aid Please contact Reception. Emergency and Security Procedures Emergency and security procedures and information are located on the reverse of your bedroom door. Fire Alarm Tests Our fire alarms are tested at 3pm every Wednesday afternoon. The siren will sound twice, for a few seconds each. There is no need for evacuation unless the siren continues. Florists Slaley Hall has its own in-house florist who will be happy to deal with any request with prior notice. Please contact Reception. Golf Buggies Buggies are available to hire. Grounds There are a variety of walks mapped around Slaley Hall. Maps and information are available from the Concierge. Guest Supplies In addition to the items provided, sewing kits, shaving kits, dental kits and a limited selection of other items are available on request from the Concierge. Hair Dryer The hair dryer is located in the master bedroom. Heli-pad Helicopters may land at the hotel with prior arrangement. Please contact the Duty Manager for more information. Iron / Ironing Board We are able to offer a pressing service. Please see Housekeeping for further details. Irons and boards are also located the utility cupboard. Laundry We do a same day service from Monday to Saturday. Please contact Housekeeping before 9am for collection. Lost Property Please contact Housekeeping. Putting Green The putting green is located directly to the front of the Claret Jug adjacent to the 1st tee. Smoking Areas Smoking areas are located on the terrace of the 19th bar, directly outside the Claret Jug, or any external open areas. Snooker Table The snooker table is located in the Gun Room adjacent to the 19th bar. Televisions All rooms are equipped with colour televisions, with Freesat or Freeview. Telephone services The bedroom telephones have a direct dial facility charged at 0.35 per unit (calls to mobiles or international may vary). Dial 9 for an outside line.
