4 Y E A R S Dear Friends, This year marks the 30th anniversary of Hospice Care Network providing compassionate care to seriously ill patients and their families across Long Island and Queens. In the course of these 30 years, we have seen many changes in the areas of technology, business, the arts and in society overall. Yet the need for the services provided by Hospice Care Network has never been stronger. The final chapters of life are often a time of great uncertainty, both for patients and their loved ones. Hospice Care Network has helped countless families in our community navigate the end of life with compassion and care, guiding them through this uncharted territory. At Hospice Care Network we always seek to further improve the experience of those in our care. It s because of this mission that we have focused our energy into creating programs and services that go beyond typical hospice care. The dedication of our staff and generosity of our friends makes all we do possible and we appreciate the continued support of our efforts. This year also marks the 27th anniversary of Hospice Care Network s Annual Tully Golf Classic, a beloved tradition at Hospice Care Network and one of our most successful fundraising events. The Tully Golf Classic has raised nearly $3,000,000 in net income for Hospice Care Network s programs and services since We are so grateful for the Tully family s continued friendship.
