Usefull information Secretary +33 (0) Golf Director Roger MORTIER Flights Courtesy cars Caddy Buggies Prize ceremony Openning We advise to everybody not to book return flight on Sunday evening before 09.30pm from Orly and before 08.30pm from Roissy-Charles de Gaulle. Free Courtesy cars are available from Lille airport and from Lille/Calais/Saint-Omer Train Stations to Aa-Saint-Omer Golf Club on Friday morning and for the return on Sunday evening after the tournament and on Monday morning at specific times. If you are interested, please send details of your travel one week before the event at the latest at : thomas.montaigne@najeti.com A caddy can be proposed upon request in advance (Select checkbox corresponding). A buggy must be shared for 2 players. Eligibility requirement for getting a buggy depends on the medical pass (EDGA) for the tournament and the practice round. The prize ceremony will take place at the Club House Golf on Sunday 29 th April, 30 minutes after arrival of the last players. Club House, driving range, changing room and pro-shop will be open 1 hour before the 1 st start.

2 Restauration Breakfast Lunch Pack Gala Dinner Dinners At Hotel du Golf. Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 07.00am Free for players with sandwich, fruit, chocolate bar and a drink (soda or water). Gala Dinner (3 courses, drinks included) will be served at the Cub House Golf from 08.00pm on Friday 27 th april for all Open Handigolf participants. (extra charge of 35 ) For the others dinners, a special dinner for players 2 courses + one drink : 20 at the Hôtel du Golf reservation required. Conditions of participation Please refer on the European Disabled Golf Association website : Championship is open to amators and professionals disabled players having a medical pass (conditions to obtain a medical pass on the website : Maximum : 70 players. If there is more than 70 players, we will choose according to index and the number of buggies available. 5 entries are reserved for persons in a wheelchair.

If the number of woman players is less than 5 for one of them, the woman players could be merged with man players in the same category. Prizes Lots of prizes to reward best players for each handicap and each category (Pro am in our challenge tour event ; Stays Hotel & Golf with Najeti Wines and Champagnes Golf accessories...) Medical certificate Each players must have before the tournament a medical certificate attesting the ability to play golf in competition. Be careful, this medical certificate is not a medical pass, you must have twice. Please keep with you a copy of your medical certificat during the tournament.
