4 SEAFORD TOWN COUNCIL Seaford Head Golf Course SOCIETY PACKAGES Terms and Conditions 1. A minimum of 12 people is considered as a society booking. 2. For groups over 20, the organiser will be complimentary. 3. A non-refundable deposit is required to the value of 5.00 per golfer, which will be subtracted from the green fee total balance. 4. Please send one single cheque as deposit for your day made payable to Seaford Town Council. 5. All telephone bookings are provisional and bookings remain unconfirmed until we have received your booking form and relevant deposit. 6. Forms must be filled out in full with date, time and catering requirements clearly marked. 7. Final numbers, as accurate as possible for your day, must be confirmed a minimum of 10 days prior to your arrival. 8. Final payments for your day must be settled in the Professional Shop before your start of play. 9. There will be no refunds for inclement weather. 10. A discount on the golf will be given for more than 6 temporary greens in extreme weather. 11. Trolley restrictions, including Hedgehog only bans, may apply in frosty or severe wet conditions. 12. Tee times run every 7 and 8 minutes. Please make sure your party is on time and on the tee for their start time. 13. We expect all golfers to wear golf shoes and Seaford Head enforces a no jeans policy and shirts on policy in hot weather. 14. Disruptive and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and offenders will be asked to leave the golf course or clubhouse. 15. No other concessional rate can be used in conjunction with a society offer, including Greensaver, or County Cards etc.
