Each registration includes one (1) entrance to the Thursday evening concert. 3 GOLF TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FORM Texas Asphalt Pavement Association cordially invites you to participate in our Annual Meeting Golf Tournament on Tuesday, September 19, This year s tournament will be played at The Golf Club of La Torretta. A boxed lunch will be provided for all golf participants. The tournament will follow the same format as last year s successful tournament. Handicaps will not be used, so you can set up your own teams in advance. The top 10 teams with the best scores qualify to be entered into a drawing for 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd place. We will have several hole contests, including two closest to the pin contests and two longest drive contests. Awards will be presented to the top 3 teams and a very special award will be given to the last place team. All members are invited to send in giveaways for the golf participants. There is only space for 144 golfers so please get your registration in as soon as possible. This fills up very quickly. A sporting clay shoot is available once the golf tournament is full. 4 CREEKWOOD SHOOTING SPORTS REGISTRATION FORM Come join us for an afternoon of shooting sporting clays. The bus will leave the hotel around 11:00 a.m. (for those who need transportation) and head to the Creekwood Shooting Sports located at TX-105, Conroe, Texas. Attendees will get to enjoy 100 rounds of sporting clay targets. You can either bring your own gun or a loaner gun will be provided at each station. The complex will provide instructors, ammunition, eye and ear protection. Lunch will be provided at the complex prior to shooting at 11:30 a.m. We are looking forward to everyone coming out to enjoy an afternoon of good old fashioned target practice. 5 SPOUSES PROGRAM - WOLVES, WINE & WHIMSY REGISTRATION FORM The spouses event this year is a special treat. Ladies will depart from the La Torretta lobby on a chartered minibus at 10:30 a.m. and head towards St. Francis Wolf Sanctuary. This rescue sanctuary is located in Montgomery, Texas and its mission is to rescue and provide a loving, exceptional home to non-releasable wolves and wolf dogs. It is also part of the mission to educate the public about these animals. On the guided sanctuary tour, which will last for about an hour, you will learn all about wolves and wolf dogs, observe them in their refuge and learn their stories. The ladies will continue on their journey to Bernhardt Winery located in Plantersville, Texas. This is a small mom and pop boutique winery. A Tuscan style tasting room sits on top of a beautiful hill overlooking endless hills and valleys. You will enjoy a private tasting of the classical varietals and unique blends. Lunch will be provided at the winery before returning to the hotel. The bus will be arriving back at the hotel at approximately 3:00 p.m. Sign up now! You won t regret it!
