We invite you to participate in and support our 19 th Annual Rotary Golf Classic on at the. Picturesque and challenging, the is fast becoming noted as one of Alberta s must play golf courses, and the Rotary Golf Classic as one of the Club s must play tournaments. As you may be aware, the Rotary Golf Classic is an annual event hosted by the Rotary Athabasca Youth Development Association, to help raise funds for Rotary Youth Academy in Athabasca and other youth and community projects. Enclosed is an information package outlining ways in which you can help us in this fundraising effort to benefit our community. We place great emphasis on publicly recognizing all contributors during and after the event. Please read the information package, as all levels of support are appreciated. Any level of support you are able to provide to the 2015 Golf Classic can only help to further enhance this fund-raising experience. 2 TOURNAMENT SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES Thank you for considering sponsorship of the Rotary Athabasca Youth Development Association s 19 th annual fund-raising tournament. This year our goal is to raise at least $8,000 to help support Rotary Academy and other youth development activities in our community. Your participation will go a long way in helping us achieve this goal. Here are some of the ways you can help us. 1. BECOME A TEE SPONSOR All participants can compete for a number of individual prizes at the tournament (for long putt, drive, closest to the pin, etc.) Tee sponsors will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. In return for your contribution as a Tee Sponsor, you will receive a designated number of complimentary golf entries as noted below. As a Tee Sponsor, you will be recognized as a sponsor for a hole and for the associated hole prize (to be selected by the tournament organizing committee) via signage on a designated hole; on the general tournament contributor sign, on printed tournament promotional material (if your contribution is received before September 1 st ), verbally during the presentation of prizes and on all post-tournament announcements. Gold Tee Sponsor Cost: $800 Sponsor receives 4 golf entries (one full team entry), 2 golf carts and 4 supper meals Silver Tee Sponsor Cost: $500 Sponsor receives 2 golf entries, 1 golf cart and 2 supper meals Bronze Tee Sponsor Cost: $275 Sponsor receives 1 golf entry, shared golf cart & 1 supper meal

3 2. SPONSOR A HOLE-IN-ONE Our aim is also to offer a minimum of two (maximum of four) hole-in-one prizes to be sponsored on any of the following holes: #3, #7, #14 and #17 (par 3s). Hole-in-one Sponsors designate the hole prize to be provided. Sponsors are responsible for the cost of the hole-in-one insurance and providing signage (if business signage is not available, arrangements may be made with the organizing committee). Hole-in-one Sponsors will be recognized with their company signage on the designated hole; on the general tournament contributor sign; on printed tournament promotional material (if the contribution is received before September 1 st), if the prize is won, on all post-tournament announcements, and, if possible, present the prize. In contrast to Tee Sponsors, hole-in-one sponsors are required to pay regular registration fees ($130/golfer) for any entries. 3. DONATE A PRIZE OR CASH Prize and cash donations are gratefully accepted. If your contribution is valued over $150, you will be recognized on the general tournament contributor sign, during the presentation of the prize, on printed tournament promotional materials (if contribution is received before September 1 st ) and on all post-tournament announcements.
