2 2019 Tournament Package Calgary's Finest Public Golf Facility The Course Designed by renowned Golf Course Architect Gary Browning, our Links style golf course features seven lakes, white sand bunkers and four tee boxes for the enjoyment of all levels of golfers. Nestled in the Bow River Valley, in Alberta's Fish Creek Park, this fantastic golf course in the south end of Calgary is only 20 minutes from the city core to the first tee. Our facilities have been planned with your group in mind. Two registration tents are provided for your registration, which are very visible to your arriving guests. Our clubhouse, driving range, practice greens, and the staging area for power carts are all in close proximity to the registration area. This provides convenience and a close social atmosphere as your group prepares for their round. Our club service staff will be available to ensure a smooth start.

4 Course Guidelines To ensure that all of your participants are aware of the following guidelines: DRESS CODE: All players, volunteers and organizers must comply with the McKenzie Meadows dress code. Men must have a collared shirt, while ladies may wear a shirt without a collar providing it has sleeves, or may wear a sleeveless shirt providing it has a collar. Anyone wearing jeans, sweatpants, cut-offs, gym shorts, tank tops, halter tops or attire displaying inappropriate slogans, words or pictures will be denied access to the course. EQUIPMENT RENTAL: Each player requires a set of golf clubs--sharing of clubs is not permitted. Should any participant require golf club rentals, please make arrangements with the Tournament Manager at least 10 days in advance of the tournament. Rental equipment will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, and will be $42.00 per set, GST included. POWER CARTS: Power carts are recommended for all tournaments. The tournament organizer must sign a cart agreement prior to tournament. The organizer of the tournament will be held responsible for any cart damage incurred by any participant of the tournament. Power carts should never travel in bunkers, close to water hazards, near the tee boxes or greens, or in treed areas. Any additional power carts may be available and will be billed at $36.00 each. TRAPS, DIVOTS & BALL MARKS: Please replace all divots, rake all sand traps, and repair your ball mark and at least one other on the green. Sand and seed bottles can be found on the golf carts. Please fill divots with our sand/seed mixture. SPEED OF PLAY: Player Assistants are on-course to monitor conduct, speed of play, and to assist players with any needs that may arise out on the golf course. All tournaments are required to maintain a pace of play, as stated in Tournament Agreement. If a tournament has reached the 5 hour limit, McKenzie Meadows retains the right to ask all tournament players to finish the hole they are currently playing and leave the course. Player Assistants will recommend some of the following helpful pointers, which will enable you to keep up the speed of play: Play ready golf - have every member of your team proceed to their ball as quickly as possible so everyone is ready to play when it s their turn Keep up with the group in front of you. Your place on the course is directly behind the group in front of you. CONDUCT: McKenzie Meadows Golf Club reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that does not adhere to course rules.

5 Food & Beverage Addendum Private Tournament Facility: This specially designed, self-contained on-course Facility will serve your guests privately, and away from the Clubhouse activity. Our culinary staff can efficiently prepare banquet meals for groups of 40 to 144 or more using our full service kitchen and our special barbecue grill. Your group can enjoy a private bar, large covered patio with a view of the golf course, and a large putting/chipping green nearby for any extra activities or contests. The Event Centre is a self-contained building that is equipped with a Bar, Washrooms, Patio, PA System and Scoreboard for groups of 40 to 144 participants. Clubhouse Banquet Facilities: The Bar & Grill can accommodate tournament groups of 40 or less participants. The patio has a great view of the Bow River Valley and is a convenient gathering place following play. 8 Organizer responsibilities Inform all your participants of the date, time, format and rules and regulations of McKenzie Meadows Golf Club as stated in the tournament agreement. Most notably: All players and volunteers must comply with the dress code. Tailored pants or shorts and a collared shirt are suggested. Men must have a collar on their shirt. Ladies may wear a shirt without a collar, providing it has sleeves, or they may wear a sleeveless shirt providing it has a collar. Persons wearing jeans, sweatpants, cut-offs, gym shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, halter-tops or spandex will be denied access to the golf course. McKenzie Meadows has a No Rider Policy; non playing individuals are not permitted on the golf course without approval. All beverages must be purchased through McKenzie Meadows Golf Club. No glass bottles, personal coolers or any other receptacle devices are permitted on the course. All Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission regulations will be strictly enforced. Unauthorized alcohol will be confiscated. All sponsored food and beverage including sponsored holes must be organized through our Food & Beverage Manager a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to the tournament date. It is the sole responsibility of the tournament to collect payment from their sponsors. The purchased food and alcohol will be billed directly to the tournament. In following the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission laws, McKenzie Meadows allows one sponsored alcoholic beverage hole for each nine holes, and the law stipulates that a licensed golf course staff member must be the server for all alcoholic products. Volunteers may at no time distribute alcohol. All alcohol must be provided by and purchased from McKenzie Meadows Golf Club. We will offer competitive pricing for each product and can source specific and unique products if requested. If a sponsor is from within the liquor industry, the sponsor must contact our F&B Manager to obtain product and pricing. Speed of play: Each group must keep up to the group in front of them. Proper conduct and etiquette at all times is expected. Final numbers for the tournament and dinner must be confirmed nine (9) days in advance Make arrangements to select tournament prizes and/or details of the denominations for gift certificates for the pro shop Confirm hole prize contests with the Tournament Coordinator three (3) days in advance Confirm either Host Bar, Cash Bar or quantity of Drink Tickets needed with the Tournament Coordinator nine (9) days in advance Provide McKenzie Meadows Golf Club with all your players names, in foursomes, with tee times four (4) days in advance Arrive at the golf course at least one hour before event to prepare for registration and meet with a McKenzie Meadows representative to avoid any misunderstandings and address any last minute changes Payment must be received 48 hours prior to teeing off Send Itinerary (Tee times, McKenzie Meadows Rules and Regulations, etc.) to all participants 72 hours in advance

Such deposit is non-refundable will be applied to the final bill. Tournaments will be confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit. PAYMENT DATE Payment in full is due prior to the first group teeing off on the day of the tournament. If McKenzie Meadows doesn t receive payment, the club retains the right to cancel the event. Any extended payments (after first group has started) will have to be approved by McKenzie Meadows seven (7) days in advance. All extended terms will be subjected to monthly 2% interest, if not paid in full. Charges will be based on final invoice, given five (5) days prior to the event, based on confirmed numbers which must be received by McKenzie Meadows nine (9) days in advance of the function. If these numbers are not conveyed to McKenzie Meadows nine (9) days prior to the tournament, then the original number or the actual number of players and carts becomes your guarantee (whichever is greater) and charges will be based on such numbers. Credit card information is required to cover any additional charges that may have incurred. An invoice will be provided after the event for any additional charges and can be paid by cheque or the credit card on file, the day of the event. CONFIRMATIONS The actual number of players, carts, persons requiring food service and menu selection must be confirmed to McKenzie Meadows at least NINE (9) days prior to the Tournament Date. Please convey any changes to these numbers immediately to McKenzie Meadows and we will make an effort to accommodate you. The confirmed numbers become your guarantee and minimum charges will be based on such numbers. McKenzie Meadows reserve the right to alter starting times or course rotation should the number of players differ greatly from original booking. BANQUET For events of 39 golfers or less, the banquet may be held in our Clubhouse facility and the meal will be plate service. For events with 40 or more golfers the banquet may be held in our Cart Barn facility, and the meal will be buffet style service. BEVERAGES All beverages must be purchased from our lounge, restaurant or beverage cart. It is the policy of McKenzie Meadows to serve alcoholic beverages in a responsible and professional manner at all times. We adhere to all applicable laws and regulations as they pertain to the service of alcohol to under age or visibly intoxicated persons. GLASS BOTTLES, PERSONAL COOLERS OR OTHER BEVERAGE RECEPTABLE DEVICES ARE NOT PERMITTED AND WILL BE CONFISCATED IF FOUND ON THE PREMICISE (AS PER AGLC LAW 6.5.7). Anyone bringing his or her own beverages, unless otherwise arranged or agreed to, will be asked to leave the course.

Persons wearing jeans, sweatpants, cut-offs, gym shorts, tank tops, halter-tops or spandex will be denied access to the golf course. Notwithstanding these guidelines, appropriate dress at McKenzie Meadows is at the sole discretion of the pro shop staff and their decision is final. SPEED OF PLAY GUIDELINES Please note that our Play Coordinator will closely monitor speed of play and each group of golfers will be expected to keep pace with the group in front of them. If a group of players has to be warned twice regarding slow play, they may be asked to proceed to the next tee by the Play Coordinator or by the Pro Shop staff. The Play Coordinator and Pro Shop staff has sole authority on the course. Please obey all instructions and requests. McKenzie Meadows requires that all shotgun tournaments play in maximum of FIVE (5) hours. WEATHER The tournament will not be cancelled due to cold, wind, or rainy weather. If, at the discretion of the Course Superintendent, the golf course should become closed or unplayable, an alternate date and time will be chosen for golf. If a new date cannot be arranged, a refund shall be issued for the golf portion only. The banquet will take place, as scheduled, regardless of weather. CONDUCT The group accepts the responsibility for any damages to the facilities and/or equipment owned or rented by the golf course. McKenzie Meadows retains the right to remove any individual whose conduct is viewed to be detrimental to any other player, the course facilities or the club s equipment. FOURSOMES To assist our Tournament Coordinator, players names, IN FOURSOMES, must be received a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date. FORMAT McKenzie Meadows must approve the type of competition that will be used in the tournament. Once the competition has been approved, there will be no changes to the format without prior approval. ALL Shotgun tournaments require a minimum of 120 golfers and are a mandatory Eagle Package. Shotgun tournaments with less than 120 golfers, must receive approval from McKenzie Meadows Golf Corp. ORGANIZERS Organizers and volunteers of the tournament should report to the McKenzie Meadows Pro Shop a minimum of ONE (1) hour prior to the starting time of the event. This will ensure enough time for any last minute changes and avoid any misunderstandings or any unnecessary confusion. Organizers of a shotgun tournament are required to report a minimum of TWO (2) hours prior to the starting of the event. THE LESSEE AGREES; To keep the Cart Barn and/or Clubhouse in same condition as when the Lessee rented it. Understands that McKenzie Meadows shall not be liable for damages whatsoever to persons property resulting from fire, storms, theft, etc. or any other loss arising from the use or operation of any part of the hall. To vacate the premises no later than 11:00 PM. The parking lot is for parking personal vehicles only and all personal vehicles are prohibited from any other area of McKenzie Meadows. To pay or reimburse McKenzie Meadows for any damage to grounds, buildings or equipment caused by the Lessee or the Lessee s guests. The Lessee, by signing below, acknowledges that the above conditions, guidelines, policies and rules have been read by the Lessee and are agreed to and understood.
