The course was built with the aim to provide the local community with the highest possible quality of golfing facilities and all related services. It enables players to make up their own 18-hole course combination from three separate 9-hole courses with the total length of m. The 27-hole championship course was designed by renowned British architect Jonathan Gaunt who puts emphasis on clear arrangement at each hole, visibility of all hazards and elimination of any blind shot on the course. Jonathan Gaunt s major design features include a challenging combination of well maintained playing areas with the surrounding wild nature and lots of artificially built ponds (thirteen of them here with more than two hectares of water). The three 9-hole courses are named The Wood Course, The Stone Course and The Iron Course. In addition, golfers of all skill levels can enjoy play on the 6-hole public course, the huge driving range with a roofed part, three putting greens and two chipping greens. Thanks to its location Golf Resort Kaskáda - Brno is easily accessible not only from the nearby Brno but also from Prague and its international airport. Double rooms for captains, advisors at 82 EUR/night incl. breakfast, service charges, city tax, VAT. Breakfast will be served daily from 6.00 a.m. to a.m. Reservations will not be considered confirmed until the Accommodation Coordinator has received a credit card number valid at least until July Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The payment for team accommodation has to be made upon check-out from the hotel by credit card or in cash. Following is the list of accepted credit cards: AmEx, VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, Maestro. Please note: Cancellation of reservation between 21 to 7 days prior to arrival will result in a charge of the first night s stay. Any cancellation 7 days prior to arrival or no-show will result in a charge at the contracted room rates and full length of stay. 5 Team fee Team fee amounts to EUR per team of six players and a captain or an advisor. Each additional person with the team will be charged by 100 EUR. The team fee must be paid via bank transfer to the Czech Golf Federation account by March 1 st, 2017 at the latest. Address: Nadrazni 23, Prague 5, Czech Republic IBAN: CZ Swift: KOMBCZPPXXX Ref: EOHT name of the attending country The team fee - among others - includes the following services being provided by the organizers of the EOHT 2017: Opening & Closing Ceremony dinners, on-course refreshment for players, captains & advisors (water, fruit, snacks) on two practice days & four championship days, on-site medical assistance, official photos, unlimited usage of practice balls & practice facilities, play on the championship course in two practice & four championship days, manual trolleys rental, stroke savers, small gifts for teams, free daily entry into the resort s wellness facilities, etc. Catering Meals will be available at Golf Resort Kaskáda - Brno daily from 6.00 a.m. till 8.00 p.m. in a special dining room accessible only for players, team captains and advisors. Breakfast will be served from 6.00 a.m. till a.m.; for guests of Hotel Kaskáda breakfast is included in the price of accommodation, Lunch & Dinner will be served continuously from a.m. till 8.00 p.m. in the form of a cold & hot buffet offering a selection from at least three meals and also including beverages. The price of Lunch is 7 EUR/person/day, the price of Dinner is 7 EUR/person/day. Buffet vouchers will be made available upon team registration and the payment will have to be made in cash in EUR or by credit card. Water, fruit & snacks will be available for the players free of charge on the course during the two practice days & four championship days. Practice Facilities Driving range, chipping & putting greens will be open an hour prior to the first starting time and available till dusk during the entire week of the championship. Practice Days The two official practice rounds will take place on Tuesday, April 18 th and on Wednesday, April 19 th, 2017 based on the official draw. Caddies No caddies are allowed except for fellow-team members. Manual trolleys Manual trolleys will be available for players free of charge. Please complete and return the manual trolley booking form by March 15 th, 2017 at the latest. Course Guide A stroke saver will be available for players, captains & advisors in their portfolios upon team registration.

6 Ceremonies The Opening Ceremony followed by the Welcome Cocktail will be held on Wednesday, April 19 th, 2017 at 7.30 p.m. at the clubhouse. The Closing Ceremony & Farewell Dinner will be held on Sunday, April 23 rd, 2017 within 30 minutes after the completion of Day III matches at the clubhouse. Dress Code A reasonable standard of dress is required at all times on the course and in the clubhouse. Jeans, tee shirts and track-suits are not permitted. Caps and hats are not permitted in the clubhouse. Only soft spikes are allowed on the course. Mobile phones must be switched off on the course and in the clubhouse at any time. Golf Shop A full assortment pro shop is on the premises of Golf Resort Kaskáda - Brno. Lockers Lockers will be available for the teams free of charge. They will be labelled with the flags of participating countries. The key deposit is 20 EUR/team. Please do not leave any valuables in the lockers. Medical Service First-aid kits will be available on the premises of Golf Resort Kaskáda - Brno; instant medical service will be available on call. Drug Abuse A competitor shall not make use of any drug to enhance his performance. If in doubt please check the Prohibited list issued by World Anti-Doping Agency ( Any player infringing this condition or, if asked to do so refusing to take a test, shall be disqualified.
