Spending time freshwater fishing, hunting waterfowl and white deer allowed him to prepare his catch of the day at a young age. This challenged him and brought out a passion for cooking. Moving to Houston, Texas to obtain his culinary degree, he was fortunate to work with one of the top private club Chef s in the country at River Oaks Country Club. In 2012, he relocated to Fort Worth, Texas and worked at The Fort Worth Club until moving here to Atlantic Beach Country Club. He is a Certified Executive Chef and actively competes in culinary exhibitions, where he has won gold medals in the American Culinary Federation.
