2 2 Welcome to Royal Stouffville Golf Course Dear Tournament Host: Thank you for considering Royal Stouffville as a potential site for your golfing event Booking your golf tournament has never been so easy. Our professional staff will guide you through the process from beginning to end, ensuring a great day and successful event. We are situated in a country setting, just 20 minutes north of Toronto, in the Town of Stouffville. Royal Stouffville Golf Course offers a full service clubhouse with all the amenities to service a first class tournament event. The clubhouse compliments an established 18-hole Championship Course, par 72, 6625 yards of gently rolling fairways, wooded areas, water hazards and sand bunkers. This is a golf course designed for all skill levels. An additional venue is the 9-hole Executive Course, par 29 for individual play and smaller scale events. 6 6 Terms & Conditions Dress Code Alcohol All players must be suitably attired when playing golf at Royal Stouffville and comply with the club s Dress Code Policy Shirts MUST have collars (short sleeve mock necks are acceptable) Tank Tops, jogging shorts & blue jeans are NOT permitted Royal Stouffville Golf Course is a licensed establishment governed by the rules of the LLBO, therefore ONLY alcoholic beverages purchased through Royal Stouffville will be permitted. We reserve the right to check & search golf bags and coolers brought onto the golf course. Prize Table We offer a wide range of merchandise from logoed golf balls, monogrammed golf shirts, and brand named golf equipment. All tournaments receive cost plus 20% on all soft goods & best competitive pricing on golf equipment. Player's List Rule Sheet Signage On-Course Contest Power Carts Cancellation Policy Payment Policy Weather Conduct Facilities A final player's list must be submitted to our tournament coordinator 48 hours prior to the event. A customized rule sheet will be provided on each power cart, outlining rules of the day, oncourse competitions etc. Sponsor signs must be received by Royal Stouffville 24 hours prior to your event. Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, Straightest Drive, Putting Contest, Hit the Green-Double your wager etc. All persons operating a power cart must possess a valid driver s license. All advance deposits are non-refundable. 25% of invoice due upon booking. 50% of remaining balance due 30 days prior to event. Finals payment is due date of event. Tournaments tee off as scheduled. If the course is deemed unplayable, some delays may be incurred. The tournament will be liable for the conduct of all participants and for any damage to the course, golf carts or buildings.
