3 About the Course The Golf Club at Rio Vista is a true golf treasure found in the heart of Northern California near the Sacramento River Delta in Solano County. Numerous water features, excellent conditions and the challenging but fair design are just a few of the many reasons to play The Golf Club at Rio Vista. The name Rio Vista, or river view, is indicative of the wide open scenery, golden rolling hills and glorious peaks that make the backdrop for every swing. The championship 18-hole golf course was designed by veteran and renowned architect Ted Robinson Sr. and has been listed as a Golf Digest Best Places to Play multiple times. The imaginative layout in this unique setting where river delta meets rolling hills incorporates lengthy open fairways and generous but challenging greens that test the avid golfer and welcome the novice. The Golf Club at Rio Vista spans over 6,800 yards from the Championship tees and 5,300 from the Forward trees. With a rating of 73.6 and slope of 131, it is a true test for any level of golfer. Carved from the tranquil lands along the Sacramento River Delta, the golf course challenges the player with a number of shots around strategically placed water features that are signature to the course design. Four teeing areas allow playability for every skill level and create an experience memorable for all. 7 Banquet Room Capacity and Fees Includes Tables, Chairs, White Tablecloths/Napkins, China, Glassware, and Flatware Banquet Room 90 Guests Banquet Room with Restaurant 170 Guests Friday Saturday Sunday Thursday Prices Vary. PAYMENT/DEPOSIT An initial payment of $ is required at the time that the signed contract is due. The event is not considered confirmed until both signed contract and payment is receieved. If we do not receive a signed copy of this agreement with your initial payment ($200.00), your reservation may be cancelled without further notice, and we will be relieved of all further obligations for your event. The initial payment is non-refundable and may be paid by cash, credit card, or check. Your guaranteed guest count and remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event date. MENU/ATTENDANCE Final menu selections must be submitted no less than two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event. Any changes made inside those two weeks are not guaranteed and may require additinal charges pending availability as well as ordering and delivery status. The final guest count must be stated no less than two weeks prior to the date of the event. A reduction in guest attendance inside those two weeks shall receive no refund. Sir Flair s Bar & Grill will charge for the guaranteed number of guests or the number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater. DECORATIONS/SECURITY All decorations must be approved by The Golf Club at Rio Vista (RVGC) management prior to display. COnfetti and the like are prohibited from use at RVGC and a one time cleaning fee of $ shall be levied to this event should confetti or other like materials be employed. All belongings of the hosts and guests of this event must be promptly removed at the end of the rental period. Sir Flair s Bar & Grill shall not be responsible fpr any itesm lost or stolen in association with said event.
