A day by-day schedule of events is provided below: General Admission (GA) Packages No Accommodation Six, four or two day General Admission event tickets ( Tickets ),daily transportation to/from The Royal Melbourne Golf Club with full staff assistance, an exclusive Spectator Gala Dinner at Crown Palladium, souvenir merchandise, Travel Program booking fees and administrative charges and any additional item(s) as detailed in Package Inclusions. Limited availability. Captains Club: Located on-course for the first time at The Royal Melbourne Golf Club, experience the in the comfort of the exclusive Captains Club. With a clubhouse feel in a sports bar environment, this air-conditioned venue offers an upgraded atmosphere with a pub-style menu available for purchase and premium cash bar. Limited availability. International Club (Thu-Sun): Located on course in the heart of the Presidents Cup action, The International Club is an all-inclusive, casual, venue overlooking the 10th fairway. Guests of the International Club will enjoy cocktail canapes and complimentary beer and wine throughout the day. All guests will be bound by Hospitality Purchase: Terms and Conditions Trophy Club (Thu-Sun): The Trophy Club offers an elevated premium location, complete with sweeping views and impressive sight lines. Guests will be welcomed with a continental breakfast on each early morning tee time, a gourmet lunch, and roaming afternoon canapes. HOTEL INFORMATION Minimum Stays & Extra Night Supplements A minimum three (3) night stay applies to all Travel Packages. Bedding Terminology "Double" refers to a room with one double bed. "Twin" refers to a room with two separate beds. "Single" refers to one person using existing bedding in a double or twin room. "Twin Share" refers to two persons sharing existing bedding in a double or twin room. "Triple share" and "Quad share" refers to three and four people respectively sharing existing bedding in a family room or two bedroom apartment. Breakfast Travel Package prices are provided Room Only excluding breakfast. Check-in/Check-out As a guide, check-in time at most hotels is 2:00pm and it is possible that your client(s) rooms will not be ready for occupancy prior to this time. If you feel it necessary, you may wish to ensure immediate availability of rooms upon arrival by paying an extra day s tariff and booking rooms for the night before the clients are due to arrive. If you take this precaution, please advise accordingly so that the hotel is aware that the rooms are pre-registered. Check-out time at most hotels is 11:00am, although this does vary. Most hotels will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your clients departure requests. Rooms still occupied after the designated check-out time may incur charges up to a full days rate, depending on hotel policy. The purchaser will be responsible for any charge for early check-in or late check-out. Ticket & Documentation Tickets and documentation will be available no less than four (4) weeks prior to the commencement of the Event. will inform you of further details closer to the event. Lost Tickets The purchaser is responsible for their Tickets; lost, stolen or damaged Tickets are not the responsibility of the LTO, IGEM OR PGA TOUR. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be replaced - refer Ticket Terms and Conditions Appendix I.

5 , a licensed travel operator for the PC19AUNZ TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM ROYAL MELBOURNE GOLF CLUB Transportation to and from Royal Melbourne Golf Club will be provided with each Ticket purchased as part of a Travel Package. The vehicles will depart at regular intervals from convenient transport hubs in the Melbourne CBD and a central hub at The Royal Melbourne Golf Club. While will not finalise the exact Melbourne CBD transport hubs until mid 2019, the provisional transport hubs are provided below (subject to change). All hotels included in the Travel Packages are an easy walking distance (maximum of approximately 1.0km) from these transport hubs: December, at Crown Palladium, this Exclusive Gala Dinner will feature former golfing greats and special guest appearances. Hear about famous President Cup battles and preview the tournament as both the US and International teams will be closely dissected and analysed. Includes all entertainment, three course dinner and beverages (beer, wine, softdrinks) and transportation from/to the transport hubs. Proposed function timings are 7.30pm10.00pm. Dress: smart casual. Important: one (1) Gala Dinner is included per Travel Package. Please refer to Package Inclusions in Schedule I and Schedule II to ascertain which evening your clients will attend the Gala Dinner. The evening of attendance is not transferable. 8. PRICING Travel Package Pricing All Travel Packages are quoted per person in Australian dollars (AU$) and include Australian Goods and Services Tax ( GST ) calculated at the current rate of 10% (subject to change). 10. TERMS OF PAYMENT The following payment schedule applies to all Travel Packages booked through. If payments are not received by the due date, Travel Packages will automatically be cancelled without further notice. 1st Payment: 25% within 24hrs of confirmation 2nd Payment: further 50% by 24 May, 2019 Final Payment: 19 September, 2019 Full payment for all Travel Packages confirmed by less (*) payments already received. For bookings received from 16 September, 2019 onwards, payment in full will be required within 7 days of confirmation unless otherwise notified in writing by. Any clients that purchase the General Admission (GA) Packages No Accommodation will need to ensure that they make their own way to/ from the nearest transport hub. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets are not the responsibility of PGA TOUR, Inc. ( TOUR ) or the Tournament and will not be replaced. You authorize TOUR and its affiliates and licensees to use your image, likeness, voice, actions and statements (and that of any minor you accompany) captured or made at the Tournament in any live or recorded telecast, transmission, reproduction, recording or photograph of the Tournament in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (in whole or in part) and for advertising, marketing, promotional, analytics and internal purposes, without payment of any compensation to you. You may only capture any account, description, video, audio, photographs, scoringrelated data or statistic ( Content ) of, from or at the Tournament on any day of the Tournament throughout the Tournament site (including, for clarity, competition areas on competition days), consistent with all posted rules and instructions of TOUR and/or Tournament staff. However, you may not capture, transmit, distribute, or otherwise use Content for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., for your personal social media accounts), and you may not distribute such Content on a live or near-live basis (no live streaming) or use such Content to create a real-time, stoke-by-stroke or holeby-hole account of the Tournament. Further, you shall not use or authorize others to use any such Content for any commercial or promotional purpose, or for or in connection with a media outlet (directly or indirectly) unless you and the media outlet have received an official media credential for the Tournament from TOUR. You shall not collect, transmit, distribute, publish or sell Content (including any scoring, statistical, competition or other data at or from the Tournament) for purposes of any betting or gambling-related activity. TOUR is the sole owner of, and you hereby assign to TOUR, all right, title and interest in and to all Content, including all copyrights and rights to use all Content (including rights to use your social media posts incorporating the Content), subject to your permission from TOUR to capture and distribute certain Content on the limited terms set forth in this license. Upon reasonable request by TOUR, at TOUR s cost and expense, you will sign any documents necessary to effect TOUR s ownership and use of all Content. You shall not engage in any activity at the Tournament that creates a commercial association between a third party and TOUR or the Tournament, including without limitation, using, wearing, distributing or selling any promotional or commercial item at the Tournament or promoting or drawing attention to any business, cause or concern at the Tournament, in each case without permission from TOUR. For security purposes, you consent to the reasonable inspection of your person and property before entering the Tournament, which may include metal detection, and you waive all claims against TOUR arising out of such inspection. No standalone photo or video cameras (outside of mobile devices) on competition days (allowed practice days only), coolers, ladders, signs, firearms, explosive devices, etc. will be permitted onto the Tournament grounds. Mobile devices are permitted to the extent they are on silent and used in accordance with this license and the Mobile Device Policy posted on Tournament grounds and at pgatour.com. No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto or taken from the Tournament grounds. Any misconduct, illegal activity, intoxication, use of illegal substance, breaches of etiquette, disruptive behavior, heckling, or violation of any rule or instruction of Tournament representatives or violation of this license is prohibited and shall be grounds for forfeiture of your ticket and for your removal from the premises. You shall not seek autographs of players in order to sell such autographs, and you shall not pay another person to obtain an autograph for you. Tickets cannot be resold or otherwise used in a promotion, offered as a prize or reward in a sweepstake or otherwise, or used in a travel or hospitality package (e.g., combining tickets with flights and/or accommodations) without permission from TOUR. It is unlawful to reproduce tickets. Host organization and TOUR reserve the right to revoke any ticket and cancel all privileges connected therein. Use of any parking site provided for Tournament attendees is entirely at the risk of the vehicle driver and/or owner. Please take appropriate security precautions and lock your vehicle. Further, if you have been issued credentials to access the Tournament by TOUR or the Tournament host organization and you are a Covered Person (as defined below), you are subject to the PGA TOUR Integrity Program (the Integrity Program ). A Covered Person means (i) each person affiliated with a PGA TOUR player, including each caddie, family member, spouse, partner, agent, manager, instructor and trainer, (ii)each employee of the Tournament host organization, and (iii) each third party involved in the operation of the competition portion of the Tournament. The terms of the Integrity Program are set forth in the PGA TOUR Integrity Program Manual, which is available here: The Integrity Program, among other things: prohibits each Covered Person from betting on any aspect of the Tournament and providing inside information to third parties for betting on any aspect of the tournament; and requires each Covered Person to report any violation of the Integrity Program to TOUR. A violation of the Integrity Program by a Covered Person may result in the revocation of his or her credentials to access the Tournament and other PGA TOUR events, among other consequences.
