The Tampa General Hospital Foundation will host its 18th Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, October 24, 2016 at the prestigious Old Memorial Golf Club, National Golf Drive, Tampa, FL We are honored to announce that The Yerrid Foundation will return for the 10th year as our Tournament Sponsor. We would also like to welcome Carlton Fields as our Legacy Sponsor and Baldwin Krystyn Sherman and Partners as our Old Memorial Sponsor. The format of this year s tournament has changed. After garnering feedback from our sponsors and participants, we have decided to host a one-day tournament, which will include an 8:00 am registration, 9:30 am shot gun start, and 2:00 pm awards luncheon. We hope that our golfers will enjoy this change in format. The 17th Annual Golf Tournament raised net proceeds of over $270,000, making it the most successful tournament in our history. The proceeds from this year s tournament will benefit Tampa General Hospital s Fund for the Future and Rehabilitation Services. TGH s Fund for the Future helps the hospital deliver exceptional care every day. From purchasing the most advanced medical equipment to providing continuing education for nursing, support of the Fund for the Future will help enhance the outstanding level of care our community has come to expect from Tampa General. Tampa General Hospital provides an array of physical medicine and rehabilitation options for patients with functional limitations caused by injuries, strokes, and acquired and congenital conditions. With 59 beds, TGH serves patients in a comprehensive, inpatient setting, and also offers a variety of outpatient programs, as well as a dedicated pediatric rehabilitation program designed to serve children and teenagers.
