Upon the Member reaching fifty (50) years of age the Member will be responsible for the remaining portion of Initiation Fee for a full golf Membership, which would bee locked in at the current rates. (Currently $14,500 PGA Village Verano Resident - $15,500 PGA Village Resident, $17,500 Non PGA Village Resident). Annual Dues- $4,740. A monthly payment option is available ($395). Price does not include applicable taxes. (Dues are subject to annual increases) Dues rate will apply until the Member reaches fifty (50) years of age. At fifty (50) the Member s Dues will align with the current applicable full golf Membership. 6 PREMIE ER SPORTS MEMBERSHIP Non-refundable Initiation Fee - $3,000. Price does not include applicablee taxes. Annual Dues - $1,680. A monthly payment option is available ($140). Price does not include applicable taxes. (Dues are subject to annual increases) Limited Member access to 54 Holes of Championship Golf courses designed by Pete Dye and Tom Fazio Twelve (12) rounds of golf per calendar year (per Membership) at PGA Golf Club at the applicable Club Member cart fee rate ($25) with a thirty (30) day advanced booking window. (Member Play Pass must be surrendered at check-in to receivee Member cart fee rate.) Premierr Sports Members are permitted to walk at no chargee in accordance with the Club Rules & Regulations. (Requires use of Play Pass) (Requires use of Play Pass) Premierr Sports Golf Members are excluded to participate in n all Member Golf Events (including guest day, 9 and Dine, Men s Day and Ladies Day).
