Top Dog Sponsor $4,000 Limited to one sponsor, this exclusive option gets your company name on everything related to this golf tournament the slideshow, every document/ (except scorecard and cart signs) and special signage. Dinner for Golfers $2,000 Limited to two sponsors, this premier option includes dinner and networking for two representatives from your company. Add a golf fivesome for $1,350. Golf Fivesome and Networking $1,600 Includes a LeadingAge Minnesota member golf fivesome of your choosing. This popular option also includes lunch and dinner. AWARD SPONSOR $1,500 Limited to one sponsor, money covers prizes for skill game winners and four team (16) prizes. Includes dinner and networking for two representatives from your company. 4 Tee Box Sponsor $1,000 Limited to 18 sponsors, this popular option includes lunch, dinner and networking for two representatives from your company. A table and chair/s will be provided at tee box. We will provide shuttle service to/from hole or your own cart. Food and beverage distributed on the hole must be purchased through the course. To avoid duplication of activities at the holes, the Foundation requests you share what you are planning to provide. Add a golf fivesome for $1,350. Scorecard/Cart Sign Sponsor $1,000 Limited to one sponsor, your company logo will appear on scorecards and cart signs. Putting Green Sponsor $500 Limited to one sponsor, this option includes the opportunity to meet and greet golfers, and logoed signage at the putting green. Items will be handed out with registration materials for golfers. Flag Sponsor $250 Limited to 18 sponsors, your company logo will appear on the hole flag. You can keep the flag as a commemorative piece after the tournament is over.

The reserves the right to determine whether a company meets the criteria for sponsorship determined by its Board of Directors. If they do not, application to sponsor will be denied and any prepaid fees will be returned in full. Sponsorships cannot be processed without the required remittance and must be received no later than Monday, July 11, 2016, in order to guarantee all benefits outlined.
