3 Golf Membership The Golf Membership is designed for the avid golfer who enjoys competition and tournament play; the weekend golfer for relaxed social golf with family, friends and business associates; and the golf enthusiast at all levels of play. Golf Membership Amenities Unlimited rounds of golf on three Championship Golf Courses: The Hills, The Fazio & The JL Village. Unlimited use of the Old Trail and JL Village practice and range facilities including chipping, pitching and putting greens, and bunker play. 5 Day Preferred Advance Tee Times. Participation in Men s and Women s 18-Hole, 9-Hole and Gold Tee Associations including special events and tournament play. Unlimited use of the JL Tennis Center, including 10 Har-Tru Tennis Courts. Unlimited use of the JL Fitness Center and Spa, including exercise machines, group classes and extensive spa services. Two traditional member clubhouses, both offering dining options. Active social calendar. Summer Reciprocity with other prestigious Golf Clubs in the area. Golf Refundable Equity Fee: $51,000* Initiation Fee (Non-Refundable): $5,000 *80% refundable of equity market value at the time of resignation. Golf Non-Refundable Initiation Fee: $30,000 Deposit: $5,000** **Deposit to be repaid within 60 days of effective date of resignations.

4 Sports Membership The Sports Membership is designed for the golf enthusiast and/or tennis player with limited time and an active lifestyle. Golf access year-round with unlimited access during the summer. Ideal for the busy professional, active family or those new to the game of golf. May 1 st to October 15 th Amenities Unlimited rounds of golf on three Championship Golf Courses: The Hills, The Fazio & The JL Village. 3 Day Advance Tee Times, no time restrictions. Unlimited use of the Old Trail and JL Village practice and range facilities, no time restrictions. October 16 th to April 30 th Amenities All tee times after 12:00pm. 3 Day Advanced Tee Times. Four rounds per month at the JL Village Course after 12:00pm. Unlimited rounds of golf on the Fazio and Hills Courses at Old Trail after 12:00pm. Unlimited use of the Old Trail and Village practice and range facilities. Year Round Amenities Two traditional member clubhouses, both offering dining options. Unlimited use of the JL Tennis Center, including 10 Har-Tru Tennis Courts. Unlimited use of the JL Fitness Center and Spa, including exercise machines, group classes and extensive spa services. Membership Conditions This program is available to prospects under the age of 55. At age 55, Executive Members have the option to continue as a Golf or Sports Member by paying the Golf or Sports initiation fee minus the $5,000.

6 House Membership The House Membership is designed for those who enjoy an active, social club lifestyle featuring a variety of events and unique dining opportunities in a private but comfortable environment where you can share experiences with friends, family and business associates. House Membership Amenities One traditional Member Clubhouse, offering a variety of dining options. Unlimited use of the JL Fitness Center and Spa, including exercise machines, group classes and extensive spa services. Active social calendar with events for the entire family, including Broadway shows, Outing events and more. Specialty nights and themed dining events, including Italian Night, Lobster Bake and much more! Intimate lounge for cocktails and conversations. Active Bridge play, Book Clubs, Mah Jongg and many other social events. House Refundable Equity Fee: $4,500* Initiation Fee (Non-Refundable): $1,500 *50% refundable of initial equity contribution paid.
