2 BROCK FALL GOLF PRACTICE SCHEDULE Golf practices will begin Tuesday, September 4th. Practices will be held at SugarTree Golf Course and Canyon West Golf Course. All practices will be after school. All Monday Practices will be at Canyon West GC. All Tuesday and Thursday Practices will be at Sugartree GC. Worth 8:00 a.m. shotgun V Boys There will not be practice on tournament days. After Thanksgiving break, we will only have 2 practices a week (Monday and Thursday). There will be no golf practice the last week of the 1 st semester (Dec ).

3 BROCK GOLF TEAM PRACTICE RULES 1. Dress appropriately. Collared shirts are required for all team practices. If you do not have a collared shirt, you will not be allowed to practice. 2. Take care of the golf course. Fill in divots and repair ball marks on the greens. 3. Be courteous to the staff and other golfers that are using the golf course. 4. The use of golf carts during designated practice times is prohibited. 5. There is no charge for golf or use of the practice facility during a designated team practice. 6. You will need to attend at least one practice after school each week. If you have other obligations/practices (such as baseball, softball, tennis, etc.), you will need to make arrangements with Coach Guyon regarding practice. 7. The following are guidelines and rules for playing on non-scheduled practice days for each golf course: SUGAR TREE REGULATIONS: 1) You must check in before you play. 2) If you are playing with other members of the golf team, contact Coach Guyon to arrange a tee time. My cell phone number is ) All free play is walking only. 4) All other times the rate will be $10 to walk Monday-Thursday and $15 on Friday- Sunday. 5) Carts are available to rent for $12 per person. Drivers must have a driver s license. Non-member private carts may be used for a $12 cart fee. 6) All SugarTree golf members and SugarTree employees have unlimited privileges. If you are a resident of SugarTree, your family must have a golf membership to have unlimited privileges. CANYON WEST REGULATIONS

My cell phone number is ) All free play is walking only. 4) All other times the rate will be $15 to walk (this includes weekends) or $25 riding (must have a valid driver s license). 5) All Canyon West golf members and Canyon West employees have unlimited privileges. 6) You may use the driving range at any time for free as long as you pick your own range balls from the driving range. SugarTree Golf Club and Canyon West Golf Club both support Brock Golf. 5 ATHLETIC PAPERWORK You will need to complete all paperwork to be eligible to participate in golf. All 9 th and 11 th graders will have to complete a physical examination by a doctor. If you are a 10 th or 12 th grader and had a physical on file last year with our athletic trainer, Sam Burton, you will not have to get another physical this year. If you are not sure, check with her and she will let you know if she has your physical form from last year. All athletes have to complete the rest of the paperwork online each new school year. I have listed directions below on how to complete the paperwork online: Brock ISD student athletes parents will need to fill out all the UIL paperwork online at the following website: You will need to go to For Parents, then to Fill Out Electronic Forms, then choose Texas, then choose Brock. You will need to complete log in information, then you will be able to complete all UIL required paperwork online. Student athletes will continue to turn in the hard copies of the physical examinations to Brock ISD Trainer, Sam Burton. All paperwork will be completed online except for the physical examination which will be turned in on a hard copy form.
