1 2015 MEMBER TOURNAMENT DIRECTORY

2 Dear Member, Please find the enclosed 2015 Reynolds Plantation Membership Tournament Directory. This directory contains all the necessary information our membership needs to participate in the 2015 Reynolds Plantation Club tournaments. Throughout the 2014 tournament season we continued to receive feedback through our surveys and also from the insight of our Golf Committee. From this information we were able to determine what the most important tournaments and aspects of each tournament were to the membership. Our couples nine hole events have historically been very popular, and one of the biggest additions to the 2015 schedule will hopefully grow this success. This year we have added seven new couples twilight tournaments. These events will focus on not only the golf, but a great social atmosphere for all players. In addition to new tournaments we will be enhancing many of our existing tournaments with new formats and social events. The biggest modification to our tournaments will be a new format for the Member-Member Championship. Based on survey and Golf Committee feedback we will be playing two 18- hole formats over the 36 holes. We are confident this will help to enhance everyone s experience and still crown two very worthy champions. Each tournament will be coordinated by a specific head professional and their assistant professional teams. This will allow for the highest levels of personal service for each event. We are looking forward to another exciting and successful tournament season. Sincerely, Mark Lammi PGA Vice President of Golf Operations

4 2015 General Tournament Information Confirmation Numbers: All tournament participants will receive a confirmation upon online registration. We encourage members to register early and retain this . Cancellations and No Shows: Tournament reservations may be cancelled prior to the registration deadline. Those cancelling after the deadline will be billed one-half the entry fee. Players who do not cancel or fail to show up for an event are subject to payment of the entry fee in full. Handicaps: All players must have a current USGA handicap. All events that will have the individual scores posted as tournament scores will be indicated on the registration page. The maximum men s course handicap is 36. The maximum women s course handicap is 40. Entry Deadline: Members wanting to participate in an event after the published deadline are encouraged to contact the host professional for availability in the event. If the event field is full, all entries will be placed on a waiting list and the player will be notified when an opening becomes available. Tournament Changes: Every effort will be made to maintain the 2015 tournament schedule. However, in the event of unforeseen conflicts and/or inclement weather, Reynolds Plantation reserves the right to make the necessary adjustments regarding the event. All prizes will be awarded on the actual finish position within the flight, regardless of whether the overall champion was in that flight. Ties: All ties for positions in Net only or Gross Only events beyond first place and for first place when a trophy is not involved will result in an even splitting of the prize payout based on the number of players/teams tied. (e.g.- two teams tie for 2nd place. Those two teams would equally split the payout of 2nd and 3rd place prize credit). In events that payout both Gross & Net, all ties involving a prize payout will be broken. The method of the tie breaker will be communicated as a part of the individual tournament details. Winnings: All tournament winnings will be in the form of store credit available for redemption for golf merchandise only.
