1 GOLF SOCIETY DAYS A 27 hole championship golf course, with three starting tees adjacent to the clubhouse provides plenty of scope for your day out. Our expertise in organising golf days is second to none. The Golfing magazine Pitchmark recently reviewed the golf course & facilities. Their verdict was: This is an absolutely cracking golf venue. It s definitely one of the best settings in the area and watching the deer roam lazily around the fairways in the grounds of Belton House is a wonderful experience. The course offers a real variety of challenges with holes 1 to 18 a particular joy to play. The three loops of nine works really well with the wellguarded greens and steep faced bunkers make it a real test. It also has a very friendly feel to it and it is understandable why so many visitors come back time and again. All the off course facilities are superb and it fully deserves its reputation as one of Lincolnshire s premier clubs.

8 It is advisable to ring before completing the booking form, and check on the availability of dates. Following a verbal booking, the date will be temporarily reserved for 14 days to allow for official confirmation. Visitors should be aware of the following conditions. a) Handicap certificates should be available. b) Agreed start times, using the course as determined by the Club and from yellow (red for Ladies) tees at all times. c) In certain weather conditions, the use of electric trolleys and/or buggies is restricted. It is the responsibility of the organiser to establish the conditions of play prior to your visit and inform your members accordingly. Please contact the General Manager for more details. d) The minimum number for a Society is 12 people. e) A non-returnable deposit of 5 per person with booking form. f) The rules and etiquette of golf must be observed at all times. g) The use of private buggies is acceptable once the club has viewed the correct insurance documents. h) All members of visiting parties should familiarise themselves with the club Health & Safety document and agree to act within it. i) The green fee provides insurance cover whilst playing Belton Park; golfers should ensure this level of cover is sufficient. j) The Texas Scramble format is only allowed if agreed in advance with the Club management. DRESS RULES to avoid embarrassment please ensure all guests are compliant with our dress policy. Failure to do so may result in players being refused access to the course and/or clubhouse. A reasonable standard of dress is expected. Denims & trainers are not permitted on the course. The wearing of tailored shorts, with knee length socks or sport socks is permitted on the course. Clubhouse Golf clothing is acceptable in the clubhouse and in the dining room before 6pm. However, golfers are expected to change before using the dining room after 6pm. On receipt of the enclosed form completed and signed, together with the deposit, the booking will be considered as confirmed.
