1 Conditions of Entry 1. The Porsche Generations Open UK 2017 (the Tournament ) will be run in accordance with the Rules of Golf (the Rules ) as laid down by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews (the R&A ). The Tournament is organised on behalf of Porsche Cars Great Britain Ltd ( PCGB ). Eligible entrants 2. The Tournament is a pairs event where the age difference between the two team members must be at least 20 years as at the date of the event (Saturday 7 October 2017). The two team members do not have to be family relations. 3. The younger team member must be aged 18 years or over as at the date of the event (Saturday 7 October 2017). 4. All entrants must be amateur golfers who hold a valid full UK driving licence to drive a vehicle upon public highways or hold a valid foreign driving licence entitled to drive upon public highways in the UK. 5. All entrants must also be members of a golf club, either in the UK or overseas, where they hold an active playing handicap. Please note that neither society nor online handicaps will be accepted for participation purposes. The Porsche Golf Team reserves the right to request proof of age of both players and to verify their handicaps with their home golf club(s), prior to confirming their participation. 6. Employees of Porsche Cars Great Britain ( PCGB ) and other companies within the Porsche group and/or of the Porsche Centre (together Porsche ) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Employees of agencies and third parties working with Porsche are not eligible to participate. Entrance procedure and cost 7. In order to enter the Tournament, each pair must register on the Tournament website: One player may register the details of both players within the pair. Registration is subject to your acceptance and agreement to these Conditions of Entry via to the 2 nd player. 8. By registering to participate in the Tournament, the entrant hereby warrants that all the information provided by the entrant in the invitation acceptance is complete and accurate. 9. The entry cost into the Tournament is covered by Porsche Cars GB. This covers lunch and dinner with drinks at The Belfry and nine holes of golf on The Brabazon Course on Saturday 7 October Any other costs incurred in relation to this event, including without limitation any travel or accommodation, are strictly at the player s own expense. 10. The participant field is limited to 20 pairs and pairs will be accepted on a first come, first served basis, according to when they register on the Tournament website. If more than 20

2 pairs register, the extra pairs will be put on a waiting list in the order of when they registered on the website. 11. Once registered, entries into the Tournament are not transferable. Should one or both of the team members be unable to participate, their places will be offered to the first pair on the waiting list. Tournament format 12. The Tournament will be played over the front nine holes of The Brabazon Course at The Belfry, and the scoring format will be a Pairs Stableford Texas Scramble. 13. The maximum playing handicaps allowed will be 28 for men and 36 for ladies. 14. Men will play from the Yellow Tees and ladies will play from the Red Tees and score according to their own Pars and Stroke Indexes. 15. In a mixed pair the lady will score according to the men s Pars and Stroke Indexes, thereby receiving 1 adjustment shot. This shot will be added to her club handicap before the percentage of her playing handicap is calculated. 16. The handicap of each pair is calculated by taking 60% of the lower handicap player and adding it to 40% of the higher handicap player to give the overall playing handicap e.g. 10 handicap = 6, 20 handicap = 8, giving a playing handicap of 14. Calculations will be made to one decimal place and be rounded up or down accordingly. 17. Shots will be received according to the Stroke Indexes as if playing the full 18 holes. 18. Both team members will tee off and then decide which of the balls is in the best position to play their second shot from. Both team members play their ball from this position and then select the best position from which to play their third shot. Play continues in the same manner through to the conclusion of each hole. 19. Each team member must use a minimum of three tee shots over the nine holes, thereby leaving three spare holes where either of the two team members tee shots may be used. 20. Ties for any position in the Pairs Stableford Texas Scramble will be decided on a countback of the last six holes, then three and final hole of the card. If the scores are still tied the countback goes to the last 5 holes, then (if still tied) last 4 holes, then (if still tied) last 2 holes, then (if still tied) last 8 holes, and then (if still tied) last 7 holes. 21. Players are permitted to use buggies at the Tournament, but it is solely the responsibility of the players to reserve and pay for them themselves. 22. Caddies are permitted at the Tournament, but no facilities are provided for them and the caddies attend at their own expense. 23. In this Tournament an entrant may obtain distance information by using a device that measures distance only. If, during any stipulated round, an entrant uses a distancemeasuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his/her play (e.g. gradient), the entrant is in breach of Rule 14-3 of the Rules, for which the

3 penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional function is actually used. 24. In making a stroke, the entrant must not anchor the club, either directly or by use of an anchor point. An entrant may still use any conforming belly (mid-length) or long putter. Rule 14-1b addresses only the method of stroke. Scoring 25. The winning pair will be the pair who achieves the highest overall points total for the Tournament by adding together: (i) the Pairs Stableford Texas Scramble score, (ii) The 10 th Hole score and (iii) the scores from the Online Quiz (as described further below). In the event that two or more teams are tied, The 10 th Hole score will then prove decisive. If the teams are still tied the fastest driving time will prove decisive. If the driving time is the same, the number of putts holed will then prove decisive. 26. The Pairs Stableford Texas Scramble points scoring will be as follows: Winners = 100 points, runners-up = 99, third place = 98, descending a point for each place down to 81 points for the last placed team in 20 th position. 27. Special Scoring The 10 th Hole. One team member will complete two laps on a predefined course in the driving simulator as quickly as possible. At the same time, the other team member tries to shorten the total driving time by five seconds for each successful putt they make on the putting green. The team member who putts will have 10 putts at a distance of one metre to the hole. Therefore the maximum time that can be taken off the driving time is 50 seconds. The shortest driving time wins. 28. The 10 th Hole points scoring will be as follows: Winners = 10 points, runners-up = 9, third place = 8, descending one point for each place to the team in 10 th place who receive one point. Teams below 10 th place will score zero points. 29. Online Quiz Participants can supplement their points scores from the Pairs Stableford Texas Scramble and The 10 th Hole by taking part in an optional online quiz in the final week leading up to the Tournament on Saturday 7 October The Quiz consists of six questions which must be answered alternately by the team members. In answering the questions each team member must be on their own and must therefore not confer with each other. The team answering all the questions correctly and in the fastest time will be deemed the winner. In the case that no team answers all the questions correctly then there is no winner. 30. Online Quiz points scoring will be as follows: Winners = 5 points, runners-up = 4, third place = 3, fourth place = 2 and fifth place = 1 point. Teams below fifth place will score zero points. Prizes 31. The prizes for the overall winning pair will be a trophy each and a playing place in the Porsche European Open Pro-Am 2018 (to be held at Green Eagle Golf Courses, Hamburg, Germany, in summer 2018, and which will be subject to that event s terms and conditions). The prize for each player in the winning pair includes economy airfares, transfers to and from the host venue and two nights accommodation (the night before and the night immediately following the Pro-Am only), including dinner the night before the Pro-

4 Am, breakfast, lunch and dinner on the day of the Pro-Am and breakfast on the morning immediately after the Pro-Am. No other travel, accommodation, food or drink is included in the prize. Any other costs incurred in relation to the prize will be at each player s own expense. 32. Prizes, in the form of a trophy each, will also be awarded for the second and third placed pairs. 33. Playing places in the Porsche European Open Pro-Am 2018 are not transferable. Should one or both of the players be unable to participate, both places will be offered to the entrants with the next best pairs score from the Tournament after adding the points from the 9 Holes Scramble, The 10 th Hole and the Online Quiz together. 34. None of the prizes at the Tournament can be exchanged for cash or credit alternatives. All of the prizes are non-transferable. 35. PCGB reserves the right to check the winners eligibility and to cancel or modify the Tournament (including altering the prizes) without giving any reason or prior notice, and without liability to the entrant. 36. Data Protection We feel strongly about protecting your privacy, so your information will be held by PCGB in accordance with the Data Protection Act To the extent you have not separately indicated to us that you wish to be kept informed about Porsche products and services, your personal data will only be used by Porsche (including PCGB, its parent company, Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche Aktiengesellschaft ( PAG ), Porsche Centres, their associated companies, agents and service providers) for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the Tournament, and, subject to Porsche s rights to use your name, photograph, video footage and/or likeness pursuant to these Conditions of Entry, once the Porsche Generations Open, or if you qualify for the Porsche European Open Pro-Am 2018, the Porsche European Open Pro-Am 2018 has completed your personal data will be disposed of securely. In attending the Tournament, you (and if applicable, those who accompany you to the Tournament) consent and acknowledge that Porsche may use, in online and offline media, your and their photograph, video footage and/or likeness for promotional and marketing purposes, without notification or making any payment whatsoever. If you are a winner of a prize in the Tournament and/or will be attending the Porsche European Open Pro-Am 2018, you further consent to your name being used for promotional and marketing purposes, without notification or making any payment whatsoever. Your photo may appear within the Porsche Live content stream on and you hereby consent to the use of your photo in this way.

PCGB shall have no liability to entrants in connection with these Conditions of Entry or the entrant s participation in the prize draw (including, without limitation, in relation to the redemption of any of the prizes) whether arising in or for breach of contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any loss of revenue, loss of sales, loss of customers, loss of actual or anticipated profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation or any special, indirect or consequential loss, howsoever arising, whether such loss was foreseeable, foreseen or otherwise. Nothing in these terms shall exclude PCGB s liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law. Miscellaneous 39. All decisions on the Rules will be settled by the golf team engaged by PCGB (the Porsche Golf Team ). Their decision is final. 40. The Tournament and these Conditions of Entry are governed by English law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. 41. The names of the winners of the Tournament will be made available on request in writing by ing enquiry@porsche.co.uk 42.
