3 PRO FOOTBALL PLAYOFF CHALLENGE PROGRAM RULES Pro Football Playoff Challenge membership enrollment is free to guests 18 years of age or older. Pro Football Playoff Challenge is a limited time program and will conclude at the date and time predetermined by Mohawk Casino Resort. Rewards/prizes require membership in the Winners Club. Your Winners Club number must be entered on your Pro Football Playoff Challenge account to claim any prize. You can update your account with your Winners Club number in the My Profile section of this website. Click on the arrow next to your name and select My Profile. After making your Playoff Bracket Picks online, you must go to Mohawk Casino Resort and activate your picks at any kiosk by 1/4/19 at 11:59 PM. Pro Football Playoff Challenge members can claim up to five Redeemable Rewards per week using their Yards. Rewards can be redeemed on property at any kiosk the following Tuesday Saturday each week, at a maximum of one per day. Rewards and prize vouchers are not valid after the expiration date printed on the voucher. Yards have no cash value. Yards cannot be combined with any other Mohawk Casino Pro Football Playoff Challenge accounts. Participants can fill out a bracket by predicting the winners of all the playoff games through the championship. Brackets can be filled out and submitted from December 31, 2018 January 4, 2019 at 11:59 PM. By playing games on mohawk.profootballfrenzy.com, all players will be awarded drawing entries for an exciting end-of-season prize drawing held on Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 4 PM to 9 PM. The five (5) participants with the most correct winners will be awarded as follows: 1st Place Prize: $1,000 Free Slot Play 2nd Place Prize: $500 Free Slot Play 3rd Place Prize: $500 Free Slot Play 4th Place Prize: $200 Free Slot Play 5th Place Prize: $200 Free Slot Play Players can earn additional free Playoff Brackets by earning 50 same day base points on their Winners Club Card daily from December 20 27, Limit one additional bracket per day, maximum eight (8) additional brackets. 8 PRO FOOTBALL PLAYOFF CHALLENGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS By accepting the Terms and Conditions agreement for Pro Football Playoff Challenge, the member agrees: Pro Football Playoff Challenge is a limited time program and will conclude at the date and time predetermined by Mohawk Casino Resort. It includes, but is not limited to, behaviors such as: deliberately submitting false or misleading information; any attempt to influence the result of a game by collusion, tampering with the program or by any other means contrary to the rules; causing malfunctions or failure deliberately to influence the course of a game; creating more than one or multiple accounts for one person; breaking any other rules set forth in the Terms and Conditions. Regarding Improper conduct, the user will, in particular: not make any attempt to decompile or reproduce the software used on the Pro Football Playoff Challenge and will not interfere with it in any other way and will not develop any software that interferes with the program name or client-server communications; not use any type of software permitting the use of artificial intelligence, allow opponent profiling or user collusion; not use any software which, at the operator s sole discretion, is regarded as a program that would allow a user to cheat, or give a user an unfair advantage; refrain from using any scripts which are not authorized by the operator; not use any software which allows the user to analyze or reproduce the website Pro Football Playoff Challenge, or allows the user to interfere with the website, Pro Football Playoff Challenge and the games and/or their programming in any other way; not use any program causing an excessive burden on the server.
