1 Competitor Information Airport Transfers o At arrivals, look out for the driver with a ManchaBUS sign. He should be holding a Pentland Golf Pro Am sign o The return transfers on Saturday 24th are 8am EZY1918 & EZY8662 and 4.30pm for the EZY8554 flight On arrival at La Manga o All the rooms will have been allocated so please check in at the main hotel reception. Official check in is from 2pm but some rooms may be available on arrival which we anticipate to be around 1pm. Welcome Drinks o On Tuesday evening there will be Welcome Drinks and briefing between 6:30pm and 7:30pm in the Banquet Lobby. o Dress code is smart casual Breakfast Times o Breakfast is included every day from 7am until 10.30am from the Main restaurant. Golf o Both first tees are close to the hotel, around a 5-minute walk. o An area of the practice ground will be roped off with complimentary range balls for your team before each round. There is a large putting green and chipping area available too. o Trolleys are available for 8 euros payable at Golf reception and take your receipt to the caddy master o Buggies are available for 45 euros a round, again payable at reception and take your receipt to the caddy master. These should have been booked in advance. If you still require any buggies please let Tim know ASAP. o Start sheets for the 1 st and 2 nd rounds are attached. Take note of your starting tee. The 3 rd round will go out in reverse team score order. o Cards will be given out on your starting hole by a PGA representative. Please get to your tee 10 minutes before your allotted time. o There will be a recording area which will be advised to you on the day. o Distance markers on the fairway are in metres to the front edge. Please add on 10% to convert into yards. o A drinks buggy is available on the course with sandwiches, drinks and chocolate available, payment in euros.

2 Team Competition o Will be played over an aggregate of the 3 rounds. In the event of a tie the winning team will be decided on a card countback determined by the PGA. o Best 2 from 4 scores on each hole stableford with amateurs receiving 90% of their handicap Amateur Prizes o 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd & 4 th team prizes for the aggregate of all 3 days scores o Nearest the pins Wednesday, North Course. NP 2 nd, NP in 2 7 th, NP in 3 12 th o Nearest the pins Thursday, North Course. NP 4 th, NP in 2 18 th, NP in 3 6 th o Nearest the pins Friday, South Course. NP 12 th, NP in 2 7 th, NP in 3 18 th Professional Competition o Will played over an aggregate of the 3 rounds. In the event of a tie the winner will be decided on a card countback determined by the PGA o An individual 10 euro swindle will be played each day 75% to the winner 25% to 2 nd place. You can only win one day Gala Dinner o This will take place on Friday evening in the Los Olivos room in the hotel from 7:30pm for an 8:00pm start. Please find menu attached. Any dietary requirements for your team please let us know ASAP. o There is complimentary beer, wine and Cava and soft drinks included. o Dress code is smart please, shirt and jacket preferred, tie not obligatory. Checking Out o We will need to check out of our rooms by 12 Noon. There will be an area where we can leave our bags before leaving for the airport. Other Information o There is a well-stocked supermarket less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel by La Plaza. There is an ATM a little further along o The hotel runs a free shuttle bus going to anywhere on the La Manga estate, ask at reception and they will radio for him to collect you. o Taxis can be booked at the hotel reception, there is also a taxi rank close to the Last Drop Bar o You can book tables at each restaurant below direct or ask the hotel reception to do this for you. o There is a spa in Los Lomas. Check with reception regarding prices of treatments.

5 Recommended Restaurants and Bars Amapola The hotels stylish signature restaurant serves fine Mediterranean cuisine. With views of the golf course whilst enjoying unique creations of the chef. Malvasia Ranked consistently in the top 5 for the area, traditional Spanish cuisine to a high standard. This restaurant has been recommended by the hotel and is about 10 minutes away. Asia Asian fusion at its best, located in Las Sabinas, 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Not to be missed. Dharma An authentic Indian situated 5 minutes away in the shuttle. The best Indian restaurant near La Manga. La Bodega A great place to sample Spanish Tapas. Located in the La Plaza within walking distance of the hotel. Bollywood An Indian restaurant run by English owners in the village of Los Belones 4.2 rating on Trip Advisor. A nice local bar next door to this too. Si Bar 1o Minute walk from the hotel & near La Plaza, a sport bar offering bar meals. Lots of big screens and very helpful staff. Good for lunch. Mulligans 10 minutes walk from the hotel, this Traditional Irish Pub in La Plaza with its large TV screens is the perfect place to watch sport. Live music and karaoke. Last Drop Next door to Mulligans, again great to watch sport in more of a wine bar type feel Flute Cocktail Bar next to Asia offering a wide range of cocktails. Within walking distance of the hotel.
