USGA HANDICAPPING SYSTEM The USGA Handicap is based on a member s twenty most recent scores (if There are that many available) and the course ratings of the courses on which the scores were shot. From each of the scores the course rating is subtracted. The result of each subtraction is called a differential. From the available differentials, the lowest ones are chosen according to the following table. Number of Differentials Number of Lowest Available Differentials Chosen The handicap is calculated by finding the average of these lowest differentials and then taking 96% of that average. In accordance with the new USGA rules, the maximum handicap for men is 36.4 and for ladies is 40.4 DESCRIPTION OF REPORTS 1. MAIL SHEET - Shoes club name and address, member count, handicap chairman, pro, name used on handicap cards and course ratings. 2. PROGRESSIVE HANDICAP LIST Lists members in order by handicap. Shows: Average differential and average score for differentials used in handicaps; shows beginning season handicap, average tournament differential and number of tournament scores. 3

3. NEW MEMBER LIST Lists new members that have been added. This sheet should be placed with the posting pages currently being used. If any of those members have re-written their names, transfer the scores to this list and erase the handwritten name. 4. MASTER REPORT Each member s record of 20 scores (if there are That many available) is printed in reverse chronological order; i.e., the score nearest the name is the most recent. The letter S separates this season s scores from those prior to this season. The footnotes explain the letters and asterisks associated with some scores. The average differential is printed to the right. 5. HANDICAP LIST The handicap is followed by those scores whose corresponding differentials were used in calculating the handicap. The Scores Posted column shows the number of scores turned in for this calculation. The Times No Scores column shows how many cycles have been sent in with no scores for that member. Handicaps marked with an asterisk are arbitrary handicaps set by the Handicap Committee. Course ratings are listed at the bottom left; explanatory footnotes are at the bottom right. 6. HANDICAP CARDS An updated card is furnished with each calculation. The card shows member name and number, handicap, and the person attesting to that handicap. 7. POSTING PAGES Scores are posted on these pages for submission to Minimax. There should always be a set of Posting Pages at the club. On the first calculation, two sets of pages are furnished. As one set is submitted for calculation, the other should be retained at the club. When updated handicaps are received, a new set of replacement pages are furnished. 4

POSTING OF SCORES EXAMPLE Baker, George Bowen, Bill Pena, Leo Brooks, J R Padilla, D J A. AT HOME COURSE 1. Post scores consecutively from left to right. 2. Do not date scores. 3. Use the triangle adjacent to the score for showing course rating or course number only. If more than one course rating is being used at your club, the number of the course posted in the triangle indicates which course was played. If no number appears in the triangle, Course 1 is assumed. 4. DO NOT post 9-Hole scores with 18-Hole groups. 5. Only the 20 most recent scores posted are considered for each calculation. If more than 20 scores are posted, indicate clearly the most recent 20 scores. B. AT AWAY COURSE If a course other than the home course is played and you wish to turn in that score on your club s posting pages, write the course rating of that course in the triangle. The score, when printed on the Master Report, Will be marked with an A signifying an away course. 5

The individual handicap card furnished to each golfer has a number printed at the bottom. This number, plus the name on the card, enables golfers to turn in their scores from any other course. 1. If you have a visitor or if one of your members plays another course using Minimax, the score may be posted at the course played. Simply take the club number-member number (xxxx-xxxxxx) and name as it appears on the handicap card, and enter this along with the score on the New Member page at the back of the Posting Pages. The score posted will be combined with course rating of the course played, and the score will be sent to the golfer s home course. If the number is not listed, the visitor will show as a new member where the posting took place. 2. If your member plays a course not using Minimax, send the score card or a copy of the score card to Minimax showing club number, member number, name, the score shot, and the course and slope rating of the course played. The score will be credited to the player s home club. C. TOURNAMENT SCORES 1. Indicate a tournament score by the letters T (for home course) or TA (for tournament away). A tournament score is the score played in tournament play. 2. Tournament scores played at any of your courses 1-9 may be posted As T and the course number. You no longer need to post the course rating or slope ratings for these scores. EXAMPLE Brown, Joe 90T 91T 91T ADDING MEMBERS A. NEW MEMBERS To add a member, print the name (last name, first) and available scores on the blank pages which follow the posting pages. 6

B. TRANSFERRING MEMBERS It is possible to add a new member from another club, which uses the Minimax system. This may be done by printing the name (last, first) and entering the previous club number-member number, and the word transfer. Any scores not previously recorded may also be entered. EXAMPLE Phillips, Tracy TRANSFER Note: 1. The old club must not have previously dropped the member. 2. Only the receiving club will be able to transfer a member. DROPPING MEMBERS To drop a member, draw a line through his name, not the number on the Posting Pages. Marking through the number may result in a delay of your handicaps or the member not being dropped. If a member is dropped on one calculation, the name will still be listed on the replacement set of Posting Pages. It is not necessary to drop the name again, but if you do, no damage is done. Reinstating a Dropped Member If a dropped member turns in one or more scores under his previously dropped member number on the next six calculations following that on which the deletion was made, the member will be reinstated. CHANGING AN INDIVIDUAL MEMBER S RECORD A. NAME CHANGE To change a member s name, simply correct the Spelling on the Posting Pages. B. DUPLICATE NAME To correct a duplicate name error, draw a line through the name (not the number). We will get rid of the record with the largest member number. All scores will be combined under the smallest member number. It is not necessary to make corrections on your replacement set of posting pages even though the undesirable name may appear. Just write the scores on the line with the smallest member number. 7

C. SCORE CHANGE If the score to be changed or deleted is, for example, a 76, and this is the most recent 76 on the member s record, simply write delete 76 or change 76 to 96. If the 76 is not the most recent 76, refer to the Master Report. EXAMPLE: A B C * * * Cox, John * * * To remove or change the 76 marked A, write: delete 76 or change 76 to 78. To remove or change the 76 marked B, write: delete 2 nd 76 or change 2 nd 76 to 78. To remove or change the 76 marked C, write: delete 3 rd 76 or change 3 rd 76 to 78. If you are using more than one course rating and a score is to be changed, you must indicate which course number was used. For example, change 3 rd 76 to 78 on course #2. D. CROSS-REFERENCE If a golfer belongs to more than one club using Minimax, score shot at any one of his clubs can be automatically credited to his handicap at all of his clubs. To request cross-referencing, please indicate the clubs the member belongs to, his identification numbers and his name. Member numbers may be obtained from his handicap cards or from the posting pages. EXAMPLE: Galt, Dr. J W of Paradise Hills in Wichita, KS also belongs to Moose Creek Country Club of Cheyenne, WY. His number and name at Moose Creek is , Galt, John M.D. 8

PREPARING POSTING PAGES FOR MAILING A. The posting pages are a two-part form. The yellow copy should be removed and filed before mailing the white copy. In the unlikely event event the posting pages are lost in the mail, you will not have lost scores for an entire handicapping period. B. Enter any changes pertaining to the entire club on the mail sheet (or separate sheet if mail sheet is not available) and any changes pertaining to individuals opposite that member s name on the Posting Pages. C. Using the pre-addressed envelope provided, mail these posting pages to Minimax. We suggest using a Post Office rather than a suburban mailbox to avoid possible unnecessary delays. Miscellaneous A. Arbitrary Handicaps The handicap Committee may, at their discretion, arbitrarily set the handicap of any member who has not yet posted enough scores to allow a handicap to be computed. Handicaps set arbitrarily will be printed with an asterisk on the Handicap List and footnote will state Handicap Set By Committee. The following information is needed to set a handicap: 1. Identification number and name taken from posting pages. 2. The handicap you wish to specify. 3. Whether this change is permanent or temporary. a. If permanent, the change specified will remain in effect until further notice from the club. b. If temporary, the change specified will remain in effect only until that member turns in a score. If you do not specify permanent or temporary, we will assume temporary. 9

B. ESTABLISHING COURSE NUMBERS The Minimax system is capable of handling up to nine different course ratings. Each rating will have a unique course number assigned to it. This makes it possible to record scores on the posting pages with course ratings to obtain a differential. There must be a different course number for each unique course rating the flight will be playing. The order of the rating is the responsibility of the club. The most frequently played course is usually #1, second most frequently played #2 and so on. C. CHANGING COURSE RATINGS If your club is a member of a state association, we must have association approval before any course rating change can be made. If your club is not a member of any association, no prior approval is required. Just send in your sheet from the association showing the new course ratings. In changing course ratings, the following options are allowed: 1. A course rating may be changed to affect only scores posted from this change forward. 2. A course rating may be changed to affect all past records as well as future scores posted. Please indicate clearly which option you prefer. The heading Temporary Rating will identify courses rated by distance alone. Upon being re-rated by a USGA official, the message will be removed 10

D. MOST IMPROVED GOLFER At the end of each season, we will upon request, mail your club a list of golfers whose games have improved over the past season, as evidenced by reduction in their handicaps. The list will be arranged with the ten most improved golfers (and ties) listed first in descending order of Improvement Factor, followed by an alphabetic listing of all golfers whose game was improved. The USGA recommends the following method: Add 12 to the player s USGA Handicap Index at the start of the season. This is value A. Add 12 to the players USGA Handicap Index at the end of the season. This is Value B. Divide value A by value B, calculating to three decimal places. This is the improvement factor. The player with the highest improvement factor should receive the most improved golfer award. Add 6 instead of 12 in the case of nine-hole players. EXAMPLE: Starting Handicap Index: 22.6 Ending Handicap Index: 17.4 Value A: = 34.6 Value B: = 29.4 A / B: 34.6 / 29.4 = Improvement Factor: Continue this process for every golfer who improved during the year. The player with the highest improvement factor is the most improved player. 11

Your Most Improved Golfer Report will look like this: Memorial Park Golf Club Norfolk, Virginia Handicaps GOLFERS WHOSE GAME IMPROVED OVER THE PAST SEASON Beginning Final Improvement Handicap Handicap Factor Carpenter, M Malone, Mark Padilla, D Note: Your club must request this report prior to the Season Ending date for your club. This information is not available after calculations for the new season begin. E. SEASON MARKERS Season markers are automatically set for January 15 each year. If a date other than this is needed, your club should notify Minimax. 12

GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW FOR BETTER HANDICAPPING 1. Please be as explicit as possible in telling us what changes you might desire. 2. Make changes pertaining to the entire flight (address, handicap chairman, and pro or course ratings) on the mail sheet and changes pertaining to individual members on the posting pages. 3. Make sure all members to be deleted from posting pages have a line drawn through the name only. 4. Remember the upper left corner is for slope ratings only. 5. Remember the course-rating triangle is for course numbers or course ratings only. 6. Please remove and file the yellow copies of your posting pages before mailing. This will ensure no lost scores and will cost less to mail. 7. If you need postings pages, instruction book for information, please let us know. 8. When mailing your scores, us a main post office, if possible. Mail deposited in a suburban box might take extra days to get out of town. 9. We recommend your club keep a file of old Master Reports containing one year s handicaps. 10. If there is ever a question or problem, please let us know. Minimax is dedicated to service and we challenge you to help us improve that service. 13

SLOPE SECTION THIS SECTION OF THE MANUAL HAS BEEN PREPARED FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING IN THE INSTALLATION OF SLOPE AND TO MAINTAIN YOUR RECORDS WHEN ON THE SLOPE SYSTEM. WE URGE YOU TO READ THE MATERIAL CAREFULLY AND THEN FILE IT IN A CONVENIENT PLACE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. If you wish to use the Slope System contact Minimax and furnish the following information: 1. Slope ratings for each course rating being used. 2. Name of the USGA authorized organization that rated your course. 3. Effective date of Slope installation. THE SLOPE SECTION An adoption of a refinement to the USGA Handicap System is called the Slope System. The Slope System produces a USGA Handicap Index that is converted to a Course Handicap by means of a Course Handicap Table. USGA HANDICAPPING FORMULA The USGA handicap is based on a member s twenty most recent scores (if there are that many available), plus the slope rating and the corresponding course. 14

From the available differentials, the lowest ones are chosen according to the table: Number if Differentials Available Number of Lowest Differentials Chosen A Handicap Index is determined as follows: A. Determine the handicap differentials by subtracting the corresponding Course Rating from each of the last 20 adjusted gross scores and multiply each resulting value by 113. Divide this result in each case by the corresponding Slope Rating and round off the nearest tenth. B. Total the lowest 10 handicap differentials and multiply the result by.096. Delete all numbers after the tenth digit. (Do not round off to the nearest tenth). C. Effective 1992, apply Reduction of the HC Index for Exceptional Tournament Performance for golfers with two or more eligible Tournament scores. 15

REDUCTION OF HANDICAP INDEX FOR EXCEPTIONAL TOURNAMENT PERFORMANCE DEFINITIONS Tournament Score A tournament score is a score made in formal competition supervised by a golf club, golf association or other agency. Prizes are generally awarded. A T shall be inserted beside a tournament score when it is posted for handicap purposes to distinguish it from other scores. (Examples: Scores made in any championship, inter-club and intraclub competitions, member-guest tournaments, invitationals, and pro-ams.) ELIGIBLE TOURNAMENT SCORE: An eligible tournament score is any tournament score made either within the last 12 months or within the player s current 20-score history. A. PURPOSE The following procedure is to be used for the reduction of a Handicap Index when a player consistently scores much better in competitions than in informal games. To be used, the procedure requires that a player have two or more eligible tournament score differentials which are at least three strokes better than the player s current handicap index. B. DETERMINATION OF USGA HANDICAP INDEX REDUCTION Apply the following procedures to determine the reduction in USGA Handicap Index, if any: 1. Calculate the tournament score differentials by subtracting the USGA Slope Rating for each course played. Example: a player with a USGA Handicap Index of 17.6 who has three eligible tournament scores in his record; his lowest two are an 82 and an 83, scored on a course with a USGA Course Rating of 70.6 and a Slope Rating of

Lowest T-Score 2 nd Lowest T-Score Tournament Score Less USGA Course Rating Times 113 divided By Slope Rating 11.4 x 113= x 113= Tournament Score Differential Select the two lowest tournament score differentials. Subtract the second lowest of these differentials from the player s current handicap index. If the results are 3.0 or greater, continue. Example: Handicap Index 17.6 Less second lowest Differential This number is greater than 3.0, continue. 3. Select the two lowest tournament score differentials by adding them together and dividing the sum by 2. Example: = Subtract that average from the player s handicap index =

5. Using the number derived in step (4) and the total number of tournament scores in the player s record, enter the Handicap Reduction table below to determine the amount player s index is to be reduced. 6. Subtract the table value from the player s handicap index. The result of that subtraction will be the player s USGA Handicap Index provided that it is at least one less than his USGA Handicap Index based on the formula in Section

HANDICAP REDUCTION TABLE Average of best two t-score differentials below Handicap Index NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE TOURNAMENT SCORES > to 3.4 * * * * * * * * 3.5 to 3.9 * * * * * * * * 4.0 to * * * * * * * 4.5 to * * * * * * 5.0 to * * * * * 5.5 to * * * * 6.0 to * * * 6.5 to * * 7.0 to * 7.5 to to to to to to to to to to to to to or more EXAMPLE: Value from Handicap Reduction Table: 50 Handicap Index Table Value: = 12.6 USGA Handicap Index:

EXAMPLE: Average of two lowest tournament Score differentials Select number from table on page 19 Corresponding to three eligible +3.5 Tournament scores Sum Round off for reduced Handicap Index 13.9 Since this reduced Handicap Index (13.9) is at least 1.0 less than the original Handicap Index (17.6), 13.9 becomes the player s new USGA Handicap Index. COURSE HANDICAP A player does not play off his USGA Handicap Index. Rather, he converts the USGA Handicap Index to a course Handicap and plays off the Course Handicap. (Exception: A player with a USGA Handicap Index who plays at a course not on the Slope System shall play off his home course handicap.) A course handicap is determined by multiplying the USGA Handicap Index by the slope rating and dividing by 113. The resulting figure is rounded off to the nearest whole number (.5 rounded upward). USGA EQUITABLE STROKE CONTROL In accordance with USGA rules, the maximum handicap index for men is 36.4; for ladies the maximum is Hole Flight For handicap purposes, each score must be adjusted if your handicap is as follows: 20

-9 or less (the maximum number posted on any hole is 6) -10 through 19 (the maximum number is 7) -20 through 29 (the maximum number is 8) -30 through 39 (the maximum number is 9) -40 through 49 (the maximum number is 10) -50 and higher (the maximum number is 11) If for example, a player with a course HCAP of 25 shoots over an eight on any hole, the score for that hole must be reduced to eight. There is no limit to the number of holes this player must reduce to eight during a round. 9-Hole Flight For handicap purposes, each score must be adjusted if a player s course handicap is as follows: -4 or less (the maximum number posted on any hole is 6) -5 through 9 (the maximum number is 7) -10 through 14 (the maximum number is 8) -15 through 19 (the maximum number is 9) -20 through 24 (the maximum number is 10) -25 and above (the maximum number is 11) Note: Nine-hole handicaps are for local use only and are identified as such on the handicap card. RECEIVING YOUR HANDICAP PACKAGE The handicap package contains the same reports as Pre-Slope packages. (See page 2 of this manual). DESCRIPTION OF REPORTS 1. MAIL SHEET Shows club name and address, member count, handicap chairman, pro, name used on handicap cards, course rating, and slope rating. 21

2. PROGRESSIVE HANDICAP LIST Lists member in order by Handicap Index. Shows: Average differential and average differentials being used in handicap; shows beginning season handicap, average tournament differential, and number of tournament scores. 3. NEW MEMBER LIST List new members that have been added. This sheet should be placed with the posting pages currently being used. If any of these members have rewritten their names, transfer the scores to this list and erase the handwritten name. 4. MASTER REPORT Each member s record of 20 scores (if there are that many available) is printed in reverse chronological order; i.e., the score nearest the name is the most recent. The letter S separates this season s scores from those prior to this season. The footnotes explain the letters and asterisk associated with some scores. The average differential is printed to the right. 5. HANDICAP LIST Those scores whose corresponding differentials were used in calculating the handicap follow the Handicap Index. The Scores Posted column shows the number of scores turned in for this calculation. The Times No Score column shows how many cycles have been sent in with no scores for that member. Handicap Indexes marked with an asterisk are arbitrary handicaps set by the Handicap Committee. 6. HANDICAP CARDS An updated card is furnished with each calculation. The card shows member name and number, handicap index, home course handicap, and the person attesting to that handicap. 7. POSTING PAGES Scores are posted on these pages for submission to Minimax. There should always be a set of posting pages at the club. on the first calculation, two sets of pages are furnished. As one set is submitted for calculation, the other should be retained at the club. When updated handicaps are received, a new set of replacement pages is furnished. 22

POSTING OF SCORES EXAMPLE Radford, G T 96T Brooks, J R Lyons, S D T Malone, M 90T 89T A. AT HOME COURSE: 1. Post scores consecutively from left to right. 2. Do not date scores. 3. Use the triangle adjacent to the scores for showing course number or course ratings only. 4. Use the top left corner of the square for showing slope ratings only. If more than one course rating and slope rating is being used at your club, the number of the course posted in the triangle indicates which course was played. If no number appears in the triangle, course #1 is assumed. 5. DO NOT post 9-hole scores with 18-hole groups. 6. Only the 20 most recent scores are considered for each calculation. If more than 20 scores are submitted, indicate clearly the most recent twenty. 23

B. AT AWAY COURSE: If a course other than a home course is played and you wish to turn in that score on your club s posting pages, write the course rating of that course in the triangle, and the slope rating in the top left corner. The score, when printed on the Master Report, will be marked with an A signifying an away course. If no slope rating is available for that course, 113 is assumed. The individual handicap card furnished each golfer has a number printed at the bottom. This number, plus the name on the card, enables golfers to turn in their scores from any other course. 1. If you have a visitor or if one of your members plays another course using Minimax, the score may be posted at the course played. Simply take the club number-member number (xxxx-xxxxxx) and name as it appears on the handicap card, and enter this along with the score on the New Member pages at the back of the posting pages. The score posted will be combined with the course rating and the slope rating of the course played, and the score will be sent to the golfers home course. If the number is not listed, the visitor will be known as a new member where the posting took place. 2. If your member plays a course not using Minimax, send the score card or a copy of the score card to Minimax showing the club number, member number, name the score shot, the course rating and the slope rating of the course played. The score will be credited to the player s home club. C. TOURNAMENT SCORES 1. Indicate a tournament score by the letter T (for home course) or a TA (for tournament away). 2. Tournament scores played at any of your courses 1-9 may be posted as a T and the course number. You no longer need to post the course rating or slope ratings for these scores. 24

EXAMPLE: Brown, Joe 1 94T A. NEW MEMBERS To add a member, print the name (last name, first) and available scores on the blank pages which follow the posting pages. B. TRANSFERRING MEMBERS Note: It is possible to add a new member from another club which uses the Minimax system. This may be done by printing the name (last name, first) and entering the previous club number-member number, and the word transfer. Any scores not previously recorded may also be entered. 1. The member must not have been previously dropped by the old club. 2. Only receiving club will be able to transfer a member. 25

We will get rid of the record with the largest member number and combine all scores on record under the smallest number. all scores will then be combined under the desired name. It is not necessary to make any corrections on your replacement set of posting pages even though the undesirable name may appear. Just write the scores on the line with the smallest member number. C. SCORE CHANGE If the score is to be changed or deleted, for example, a 76 and this is the most recent 76 on the member s record, simply write delete 76 or change 76 to 96. If the 76 is not the most recent 76, refer to the Master report. Let Minimax know which score needs to be changed or deleted. 26

D. CROSS REFERENCE If a golfer belongs to more than one club using Minimax, scores shot at any one of his clubs can be automatically credited to his handicap at all of his clubs. To request cross-referencing, please indicate the clubs the member belongs to, his identification numbers and his name. Member numbers may be obtained from his handicap cards or from the posting pages. Example: Galt, Dr. J.W. of Paradise Hills in Wichita, KS also belongs to Moose Creek Country Club of Cheyenne, WY. His number and name at Moose Creek is Galt, John, MD. 27

PREPARING POSTING PAGES FOR MAILING A. USGA Handicap Indexes shall be revised no less than once a month and no more often than once every 2 weeks during the playing season or calendar year. Handicaps are not to be revised during an inactive season except that the handicap of a player who has played in an area where playing conditions are normal shall be recalculated prior to start of active season. B. The posting pages are a two-part form. The yellow copy should be removed and filed before mailing the white copy. In the unlikely event the posting pages are lost in the mail, you will not have lost scores for an entire handicapping period. C. Enter any changes pertaining to the entire club on the mail sheet (or separate sheet of paper) and any changes pertaining to individuals opposite that member s name on the posting pages. D. Using the pre-addressed envelope provided, mail these posting pages to Minimax. We suggest using a Post Office rather than a suburban mailbox to avoid possible unnecessary delays. 28

A. ARBITRARY HANDICAPS MISCELLANEOUS The Handicap Committee may, at their discretion, arbitrarily set the handicap or handicap index of any member who has not yet posted enough scores to allow a handicap or handicap index to be computed. The following information is needed to set an arbitrary handicap: 1. Id number and name taken from posting pages. 2. The handicap you wish to specify. 3. Whether this change is permanent or temporary. a. If permanent, the change specified will remain in effect until further notice from the club. b. If temporary, the change specified will remain in effect until that member turns in a score. If you do not specify permanent or temporary, we will assume temporary. B. ESTABLISHING COURSE NUMBERS The Minimax system is capable of handling up to nine different Course ratings and their corresponding Slope ratings. Each rating will have a unique course number assigned to it. This makes it possible to record scores on the posting pages with course numbers that automatically apply the correct course and slope rating to obtain a differential. There must be a different course number for each unique course and slope rating the flight will be playing. The order of the rating is the responsibility of the club. The most frequently played #2, and so on. 29

C. CHANGING COURSE RATINGS If your club is a member of a state association, we must have association approval before any course rating or slope-rating change can be made. If your club is not a member of such an association, no prior approval is required. In changing course and slope ratings, the following options are allowed: 1. A course and slope rating may be changed to affect only scores posted from this change forward. 2. A course and slope rating may be changed to affect all past records as well as future scores posted. Please indicate clearly which option you prefer. D. MOST IMPROVED GOLFER REPORT At the end of each season, we will, on request, mail your club a list of golfers whose games have improved over the past season, as evidenced by a reduction in their handicaps. The list will be arranged with the ten most improved golfers (and ties) listed first in descending order of Improvement Factor, followed by an alphabetic listing of each golfer whose game has improved. 30

GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW FOR BETTER HANDICAPPING 1. Please be as explicit as possible in telling us what changes you might desire. 2. Make record changes pertaining to the entire flight (address, handicap chairman, and pro or course ratings) on the mail sheet and changes pertaining to individual members on the posting pages. 7. If you need posting pages, instruction book or information, please let us know. 8. When mailing your scores, use a main post office, if possible. Mail deposited in a suburban box might take extra days to get out of town. 9. We recommend your club keep a file of old Master Reports containing one year s handicaps. 10. If there is ever a question or problem, please let us know. Minimax is dedicated to service and we challenge you to help us improve that service. 32
