2 MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS Memberships are available as individual and couple 7 Day Individual Membership $ 2,500 Stonebridge Resident $2,250 Unlimited personal golf 7 days a week excluding tournaments, 10 days advance booking privileges. 5 Day Individual Membership $ 2,000 Stonebridge Resident $1,800 Unlimited personal golf Monday to Friday excluding holidays and tournaments, 10 days advance booking privileges. 5 Day members are also invited to play in Club Championship and Intersectional events at no additional charge. Any play outside these times the member must pay the daily green fee rate in addition to any event fees. COUPLE MEMBERSHIPS A couple is two adults in a traditional marriage or alternative lifestyle living at the same residence. Proof of residency may be required. 7 Day Couple Membership $ 4,250 Stonebridge Resident $3,825 Unlimited personal golf 7 days a week excluding tournaments, 10 days advance booking privileges. 5 Day Couple Membership $ 3,400 Stonebridge Resident $3,060 Unlimited personal golf Monday to Friday excluding holidays and tournaments, 10 days advance booking privileges. 5 Day members are also invited to play in Club Championship and Intersectional events at no additional charge. INTERMEDIATE & JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS Membership is determined by the player s age as of September 30 th, Proof of age required for all memberships below. Junior Membership $ 650 Stonebridge Resident $585 Ages: Unlimited personal golf 7 days a week excluding tournaments, 10 days advance booking privileges. 3 TERMS AND CONDITIONS NO SHOW POLICY The credit card on this application may be charged for all no-shows when a member fails to provide a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice for themselves and all guests. DRESS CODE Stonebridge Golf Club is a soft spike only facility. Accordingly metal golf spikes are not permitted. Proper soft spike golf shoes or golf sandals, running shoes or soft flat soled footwear are acceptable. Baseball, soccer or any other shoes that have cleats are not permitted. Men Tops Either turtleneck, mockneck or collared golf shirts are acceptable. Crew neck shirts or T-shirts are not acceptable. Men Bottoms Denim (jeans), rugby, beachwear, tear-away, spandex, sweat or jogging pants are not acceptable attire. (Draw-string pants are not acceptable). Ladies Tops Sleeveless tops are permitted provided they have a collar (or mockneck) and conversely, any top worn without a collar must have sleeves. Halter tops, tube tops and tank tops are not appropriate. Ladies Bottoms Denim (jean), rugby, beachwear, tear-away, sweat, jogging, cargo, spandex, stirrup pants and tights are not permitted. Capri pants are permissible attire. (Draw-string pants are not acceptable). The General Manager, all Senior Staff, all Pro Shop Staff and the Starters or Marshals on duty may refuse play to anyone that they feel, in their discretion, does not meet the intent of this dress code. LOCKERS Contents of lockers must be removed no later than October 31, Stonebridge Golf Club is not responsible or liable for any damage or theft to contents of lockers. JUNIOR & BANTAM MEMBERSHIPS A parent or guardian must sign the application form on behalf of a Junior or Bantam member before an application will be considered. TRAIL FEE Trail Fees are offered to Adult, Intermediate, Student and Junior (age 16-18) members of Stonebridge Golf Club only. This allows one member to one power cart seat anytime they play. Any other riders are required to pay their cart fee. Non-transferrable. Blue accessible flags are available for golfers who require one. This flag allows the rider access halfway to greens past the NO CARTS signage in the fairway. Carts must go backwards from this point and return to paths before the curbed area begins. This does not allow a cart to leave the path on par 3 s at any time, nor does it allow carts to leave the path when the course is designated Cart Path Only. MEMBERSHIP INDEMNITY Memberships are non-transferrable and do not confer any ownership or liability for the property or the assets of Stonebridge Golf Club. Membership is valid for personal green fees only for the 2014 golf season. The management of Stonebridge Golf Club reserves the right to set the annual fee and the right not to renew an application. Memberships are non-refundable after June 15, Requests before June 15, 2014 will be considered for medical reasons only and will be subject to an administrative fee of $100 per person. Green Fees for played rounds will not be refunded in the membership price. Management reserves the right to revoke/suspend playing privileges and/or membership at any time. TOURNAMENT PLAY Stonebridge Golf Club will not provide compensation of any kind to members when tournament rounds interfere with playing privileges. Individual memberships will receive one (1) free pair of shoes, Couple memberships will receive two (2) free pairs of shoes. Offer is not available to Intermediate, Student, Junior or Bantam memberships. Free pairs of My Joys are limited to Contour Series Men s and LoPro Women s models. Additional models are available for an upgraded price as outlined in the following pages. Shoes cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason once ordered (other than according to manufacturer s warranty), nor do they carry a cash value towards the membership fee. If a membership is cancelled for any reason, a $50 charge + retail price of the shoe order for each pair of shoes will be deducted from the refunded membership price.

5 HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN MYJOYS 1. Go to 2. Click on DESIGN YOUR OWN at the top of the screen 3. Click on the shoe you wish to build (note that basic styles are FREE, while premium styles are offered at a significantly discounted rate as outlined below). 4. Design your shoe! You are free to design your shoes any way you like, BUT you must choose the Stonebridge Logo for your left shoe (you ll find it in the final step Personalize under Logo > Custom Logo). 5. Once you ve completed creating your shoes, you will arrive at the Review page. At the bottom of the page, click on SUMMARY and fill in Your Name and Your . Click on the box for Send Me A Copy Of This Too and SUBMIT. Your order will be ed to Joe along with a copy to you for your records. 6. Completed Membership Applications can either be dropped off in person to the Pro Shop or ed to Joe Warner at joew@monarchgroup.net. Your Membership application must be paid in full on or before Thursday March 20, 2014 to receive your free pair of MyJoy shoes. 7. Once this membership promotion period has ended all shoe orders will be submitted to Foot Joy. We will then notify all members when the shoes have arrived to the Pro Shop for pick up.
