3 AWARDS DINNER AND ADDITIONAL DINNER GUEST INVITES EVENING The awards and pre-drinks reception will commence at 7:00pm at the Stable Courtyard. All guests that have opted for the Charity Spa day instead of Golf, will join at this time. A BBQ dinner will be served at 8:15pm for all guests, which includes drinks, followed by the Golf Awards Ceremony presentation at the end of the dinner. The formal part of the evening (awards & video) is scheduled to finish by 10:15pm. Afterwards, you are free to socialise, drink (cash bar) and dance until 1am for non-residents. ADDITIONAL EVENING GUESTS Additional evening guests can be invited at 150 per guest. Price includes the pre-drinks reception, BBQ and also a selection of sponsored table wine and drinks. Please Note: Additional Awards & Evening BBQ guest tickets are limited and they will be sold on a first come first served basis. NON-GOLFERS SPA DAY AND DINNER At the annual golfing event we have arranged for exclusive use of the Grove s award winning Sequoia Spa, indoor pool and fitness facilities for the whole day. Your spa day will include at least one hour of treatments, for non-golf playing partners, friends or colleagues, for a donation of 350 per individual or 1300 for four (ex.vat) to the nominated charity. Once you have been pampered throughout the day, you can meet the returning golfers in the Stable Courtyard, refreshed and ready for the pre-dinner drinks, BBQ and Golf Awards Ceremony. 5 HOW TO GET THERE Clockwise on the M25 Leave at Junction 19, following the signs to Watford. At the first large roundabout take the third exit (A411 towards Watford). After half a mile, the entrance to The Grove will appear on the right hand side. Anti-clockwise on the M25 Leave at Junction 20, following the signs to Watford. At the first large roundabout take the second exit (A411 towards Watford). After half a mile the entrance to The Grove will appear on the right hand side. North on the M1 Leave at Junction 5 and take the third exit (A41 to Aylesbury). After approximately a mile, you will come to a roundabout. Take the second exit (again the A41 to Aylesbury). After nearly two miles, you will come to a roundabout, take the first exit. After half a mile, the entrance to The Grove will appear on the right hand side. South on the M1 Leave at Junction 6. At the T-junction at the end of the slip road, follow the road round to the left, following signs for North Watford A405. After approximately 1 1/2 miles, at a large roundabout, take the second exit (A41 to Aylesbury). At the next roundabout take the first exit. After half a mile the entrance to The Grove will appear on the right hand side. By train 20 minutes from London Euston to Watford Junction, which also has key mainline train services to Birmingham New Street and Manchester Piccadilly. Watford Station is served by the London Underground (Metropolitan line). Transfer time by road from Watford to The Grove is approximate 10 minutes. Chiltern Railways operate a service from London Marylebone to Rickmansworth station. Transfer by road from the station to The Grove is approximately 15 minutes. By air Easy national and international access from Heathrow (30 minutes), Gatwick (60 minutes), Luton (30 minutes) and Stansted (60 minutes) airports. By boat The Grand Union Canal runs through our parkland. Allow 8 hours from London s Regent s Park. By helicopter Helipad on site. Please call The Grove for further information. Incomplete entries will not be guaranteed or processed. If all spaces are full, your team entry will be placed on a waiting list for any cancellations. Confirmation will be sent only after entry has been received by Exertis with full payment. Registering in person before competing is compulsory on the day. Upon registration, a Golf Gift Pack will be handed out to all players. Start times will be communicated approx 2 weeks prior to the event. GOLF - Name changes to a team need to be made by the 10th May SPA - Changes to spa treatments need to be made before the 10th May AWARDS & EVENING BBQ - Name changes to any ADDITIONAL invites, must be made by the 1st June Withdrawals need to be in writing. Before 1st April refunds are minus 50 per person. After 1st April no refund. Fees paid are spent in advance on the cost of organising the event and the remainder is donated to Charity. Awards & Evenng BBQ will be on the evening of the golf day with pre-drinks from 19:00 at the Stables Courtyard.
