10 LONG-TERM MEMBERSHIP (20 YEARS) Membership Term Golf Club membership is valid 20 years from the date of signing contract. Individual Membership (ILA) An Individual membership available to all adults over the age of eighteen (18) whose applications to become Individual Members have been endorsed by the Approvals Board of Directors. An Individual Membership can be upgrade to Family Membership upon pay the upgrade fee at $5,000. Corporate Membership A Corporate membership available to a legally registered Owner, entity, partnership, incorporated association or non-government organization and upon approval each legal entity may nominate one (1) individual as their Corporate Nominees. Corporate A (CA): 1 Nominee Corporate B (CB): 2 Nominees Corporate C (CC): 3 Nominees Corporate D (CD): 4 Nominees Corporate Floating Membership (1 Nominee + 1 Floating Card) -CF A Corporate Floating Membership available to a legally registered Owner, entity, partnership, incorporated association or non-government organization and upon approval each legal is entitled to nominate one Corporate Nominee and an un-nominated Corporate Card under the name of the Corporate. The holder of the un-nominated Corporate Card shall enjoy all member privileges (except family privileges). No Annual Dues is levied on the un-nominated Corporate Card; however, a Club Maintenance Fee of VND (US$15) per day is applicable for golfing activities.
