We are very excited to be opening a new course in July of 2019 and a new Club House in Our packages include; green fees, cart fees, and range balls and we are always happy to add on great snacks at our Snack Bar and meals in our Clubhouse Restaurant. Ticket Option B: These drink tickets allow you to set a dollar amount per ticket. This can include all items in option A as well as premium & import beers, premium spirits, doubles and premium wines. Host Tab Options Host Tab A: Open bar with no limits on number of drinks, types of drinks or dollar amount. Host Tab B: Open bar with drink tickets so the number of drinks per person is set by you. Host Tab C: Open bar with a monetary limit established for the tab. (example max $500) With all our Host Tab options, you can establish any restrictions you would like on the types of drinks (example: no shooters, no triples, and no bottles of wine). 6 GOLF TOURNAMENT AGREEMENT & BOOKING FORM between CROWSNEST PASS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB (hereinafter called Crowsnest Golf Club ) And Name Tournament Chairman Address Phone: Fax: Function Date: Number of Guests for: Golf Dinner (approximate) RULES AND REGULATIONS Below is a copy of the rules and regulations as stipulated on this agreement. Deposit A $500 tournament deposit is required 3 months in advance to guarantee a booking. Such deposit will be applied to the final bill and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Tournaments will be confirmed only upon receipt of deposit. Payment Payment in full is due prior to tee off on the day of the tournament. Charges will be based on final confirmation numbers, which must be received by Crowsnest Golf Club 10 days in advance of the function. Additional charges which may occur on the day of the event and / or damages will be invoiced to the tournament chairman and must also be paid in full, the day of the event. Confirmations The actual number of players, carts, persons requiring food service and the menu selection must be confirmed to Crowsnest Golf Club at least 10 days prior to your confirmed tournament date. Please convey any changes to these numbers immediately to Crowsnest Golf Club and we will make every effort to accommodate you. The confirmed numbers become your guarantee and minimum charges will be based on such numbers. Crowsnest Golf Club reserves the right to alter starting times or course rotation should the number of players differ greatly from original booking. All dietary restrictions and requests must be advised 10 days prior to avoid disappointment. Food & Beverages All food and beverages consumed at Crowsnest Golf Club must be purchased from the Clubhouse Restaurant at Crowsnest Golf Club. No personal coolers or other beverage receptacle devices are permitted on the course. Anyone bringing his or her own beverages, unless otherwise arranged or agreed to, will be asked to leave the course. Hole sponsorships, Beer/Liquor Holes and on-course food such as Barbeques, etc. will be allowed but agreements must be made with the Restaurant Manager at the Clubhouse at Crowsnest Golf Club and all products purchased through the Clubhouse Restaurant. Negotiations for such events must be completed no later than 4 weeks prior to the scheduled tournament. ALCOHOL AND REGULATIONS Please keep in mind that CPGCC is a licensed facility NO OUTSIDE LIQUOR IS PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you wish to get a certain brand or a sponsored hole please request this at the time of booking. *Alcoholic prizes are permitted as long as they are not consumed on site. DRINKING & DRIVING Crowsnest Golf Club is committed to ensuring all of our patrons safety at all times. We are required to ensure that other transport options are available for patrons once they have had one too many drinks. The staff are more than happy to call cabs for anybody that needs them. All that we ask of you is that the MC for the evening or the tournament organizer announces before dinner and after dinner that this service is available. If possible please mention drinking responsibly and transportation options in your tournament program. Crowsnest Golf Club reserves the right to stop service to anyone at any time for any reason.

7 Dress Code Metal spikes are not allowed anywhere on the premises. Proper golfing attire is a requirement for all tournament participants. Shorts or slacks and collared shirts are suggested along with soft spikes or soft-soled shoes. Persons wearing sweatpants, cutoffs, gym shorts or no shirts will be denied access to the course. Notwithstanding these guidelines, appropriate dress at Crowsnest Golf Club is at the sole discretion of the pro shop staff and their decision is final. Speed of Play Guidelines Please note that our Play Coordinator will closely monitor speed of play and each group of golfers is expected to keep pace with the group in front of them. If a group of players has to be warned twice regarding slow play, they may be asked to proceed to the next tee by the Play Coordinator or by the Pro Shop staff. The Play Coordinator and Pro Shop staff have the sole authority on the course. Please obey all instructions and requests. Crowsnest Golf Club requires that all shotgun tournaments play in a maximum of five hours. Weather The tournament will not be cancelled due to cold, wind, or rainy weather. If, at the discretion of the Course Superintendent, the golf course should become closed or not playable, an alternate date and time will be chosen for golf. If a new date cannot be arranged, a refund shall be issued for the golf portion only. The banquet will take place, as scheduled, regardless of weather. Conduct The Tournament Group accepts the responsibility for any damages to the facilities and / or equipment owned by the golf course. Crowsnest Golf Club retains the right to remove any individual whose conduct is viewed to be detrimental to any other player, the course facilities, or the clubs equipment. Foursomes To assist our Tournament Coordinator, players names, in foursomes, must be received 72 hours in advance prior to the event. Format The type of competition that will be used in the tournament must first be accepted by Crowsnest Golf Club. Once the competition has been accepted, there will be no changes to the format without prior approval. Shotgun Tournaments require a minimum of 60 golfers. Organizers Organizers and volunteers of the tournament should report to the Crowsnest Golf Club a minimum of one hour prior to the starting time of the event. This will ensure enough time for any last minute changes and avoid any misunderstandings or any unnecessary confusion. Signage Signage must be provided 24 hours in advance. Tee location must be indicated whether white or blue. The Lessee agrees: To keep the Clubhouse in the same condition as when the Lessee rented it. The Clubhouse is declared a no spikes area. Understands that Crowsnest Golf Club shall not be liable for damages whatsoever to persons or property resulting from fire storms, theft, etc. or any other loss arising from the use or operation of any part of the Clubhouse. To pay or reimburse Crowsnest Golf Club for any damage to grounds, buildings or equipment caused by the Lessee or the Lessee s guests. The Lessee, by signing below, acknowledges that the above conditions, guidelines, policies and rules have been read by the Lessee and are agreed and understood.
