1 Schedule of and for Annual Maintenance Contract for Electrical Jobs for the year (Section-F) Cleaning Jobs Cleaning of cable trenches of various sizes from 450 mm wide x 600 mm deep to 1000 mm wide x 1250 mm deep containing MS angle/support including cleaning, scraping rust from each arm of cable rack support and its other chambers, nuts and bolts etc. and then applying two coats of rust preventor and two coats of epoxy paints Removal of Heavy duty slab above 10 cm thick and placing them back on the cable trench. Removal of Light duty slab upto 10 cm. thick and placing them back on the cable trench. Nos 64 Nos Cleaning and removal of rust from cable/cable racks and various arms, application of rust preventor and epoxy paint on all cable/cable racks. Mtr. 273 Dencote/ anti corrosive paint Cleaning of cable trench of various width. Removal of rubbish containing ash, coal, fuel oil, accumulated water filled trenches, stacking and disposal of the same. The choked drain outlets of the cable trenches are also to be cleaned with water jets. Sealing of slab joints of cable trenches with premixed sand bitumen (250mg of bitumen of 80/100 grade is to be mixed with one cubic meter of river sand ). Surface dressing uprooting of small bushes along the cable trenches 30 cm wide from both side of the trench and disposed of rubbish at nearest available place.
