Please Note These Times are Subject to Change Bogey s Grill Monday-Sunday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM The golf shop will serve drinks and snacks after 4:00 PM Golf Course/Clubhouse/Driving Range Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30 AM First Tee Time Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday 8:30 AM Shotgun Start Golf Shop opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 7:00 PM Driving Range opens at 8:00 AM every day

4 Page 4 Rick Durham Superintendent I m pleased to announce that all of the practice areas were sprigged May 31 st. Over the next few weeks there will be extensive watering of these areas. The new sprigs will require fertilizer applications to be made weekly along with frequent topdressings to promote aggressive growth. We expect to open the new and improved practice areas by mid to late July. As far as the greens on the course go, there will be a two day inconvenience. We will close the front 9 on June 26 th to apply roundup and will be closing the back 9 June 27 th to do the same. There may be follow up roundup applications made the first or second weeks of July to ensure a good kill. Most importantly, the greens will be closed for play July 10 th and temporary greens will be opened at that time. Prep work will begin with multiple verti-cut and aerifications made to help remove dead grass. Once this has been completed the fumigation process begins. Fumigation will sterilize the soil from any pathogens and turf that may have survived the roundup applications. The last stage in prep will be adding fertilizer back into the soil. Prep will take at least two weeks and once completed we will be ready to sprig our new greens. We will be able to open six to eight weeks from the sprig date. 8 Page 8 Dear Members, Jeff Engelhaupt General Manager We are getting into the home stretch with the practice greens conversion! The greens were sprigged on May 31 st and Rick has been busy watering them in and getting them to grow! We thank the maintenance staff for the their efforts and look forward to some great putting surfaces in just a few weeks. Please be sure to stay off of the greens as they need time to establish and grow in and any footprints could potentially kill the sprigs. With only 1 major event of the season (Club Championships) before we go to temporary greens, I encourage all of you last-minuters to sign up now! The event will be held on Saturday and Sunday June 10 th and 11 th. The Club Championships is open to all Wildwood Green members and we have both gross and net flights for you to enter (must choose one). We want to welcome Erin Glatfelter into the position of Food and Beverage Manager. Erin took over late in May for Jen who has moved on and we are confident she will do a great job! Please congratulate her next time you are at Bogey s Grill! As a reminder, be sure to grab an updated event schedule. We have added numerous events over the next few months while we are on temporary greens. It will be a fun summer to be a member here and with great anticipation, we are all looking forward to the fall! Thanks for being a member at Wildwood Green! 9 Page 9 Mindy Glatfelter Golf Shop Manager This is a very exciting time for Wildwood Green right now. We have started to sprig the practice putting greens and are getting closer to the day where we will begin the conversion process on the golf course. It will be very important to continue to read the weekly eblast as well as other club notices while we get closer to the day where we will switch over to temporary greens. We will try our hardest to send out us much information as we can so all of our members are able to stay up to date with the conversion information throughout this summer. We welcome back the Wolfpack Junior Golf Camp again this year. There will be a few times where the driving range will be closed for their use as well as the golf course. Please go to slide #16 For the breakdown of these times or grab a monthly events calendar located in the foyer of the golf shop. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time. We still have many member events planned for June so be sure to sign up for these fun events. The Club Championship is right around the corner and this is always a very competitive and exciting event. The Club Championship is scheduled for Saturday, June 10 th and Sunday, June 11 th. Sign up today to get the chance to win the Overall Championship title and have bragging rights for a whole year. There is just a little over 1 week left to sign up! Want to improve your short game before the Club Championship? Well stop in the golf shop today to purchase a brand new Odyssey putter and/or a Callaway wedge.
