4 Sign In/Select Facility If you have access to more than one facility, you can switch into the correct facility by clicking on the facility name in the upper left hand corner of the screen
5 Rates & Inventory In the upper right hand corner of your screen, click on the menu button and choose Rates and Inventory from the drop down list
6 Update Tee Times Definition of Update Tee Times: Update tee times allows you to filter specific LIVE inventory to change immediately. Changes made here will only impact tee times that are currently live and within the courses booking window.
7 Update Tee Times Select the Update Tee times tab
8 Update Tee Times Under the Course drop down select the specific course where the inventory resides or choose All Courses Important Note that courses in this field typically represent different sets of inventory (ie. Resident, Non-Resident, Senior, 9 hole, etc)
9 Update Tee Times Select search criteria*: Date Days of the week Start time/end time* From and to specific rate Inventory status; any reserved, blocked, or any *The settings that you use for searches will be saved during your session. Once you sign out, the defaults will be restored. *All time entry fields include formatting shortcuts: 9 will become 9:00 AM and 5p will become 5:00 PM. You can use military time as well.
10 Update Tee Times Once search criteria have been set, then select search
11 Update Tee Times Search will display all inventory according to criteria There are 3 different views that can be utilized: Performance View Double-Check View Revenue Management View
12 Update Tee Times Performance View: Most commonly used page view Designed for the fastest page load possible Use this view for updating tee times as quick as possible
13 Update Tee Times Double-Check View: Provides data needed to double-check your work Displays icons, first release group and name of the auto adjust This page will take longer to load and places more of a load on the system Use this view only when necessary
14 Update Tee Times To update tee times you can change any field on the grid by typing over field with desired info. After a change is made the field will be shaded yellow. You cannot move onto another page without first saving the changes or hitting cancel Select update to save the change(s). OR
15 Update Tee Times Select mass update to change multiple tee times at once. The mass update screen will then appear.
16 Update Tee Times To change any of the fields select the correct change attribute, and place the new data in the field to the right Select Update to save the changes OR
17 Update Tee Times Select from grid to mass update individual times
18 Update Tee Times Select the checkbox to choose the inventory you need to change Dynamic count of tee times selected Select Update to save changes *Select Select All to go back to the mass update screen
19 Load Tee Times Definition of Load Tee Times: Load tee times gives us the ability to post new live inventory immediately
20 Load Tee Times Course selection within a facility Choose the course where tee times are to be added Note the choice for all you MUST select an individual course Generally courses represent inventory sets ie: 9 hole, residents, seniors
21 Load Tee Times Two ways to load inventory: 1. Add Multiple Tee Times 2. Add a Tee Time (will generate one line at a time) Add Multiple Tee Times Opens a Lightbox with two different ways to choose your inventory Select Tee Times or Generate Tee Times
22 Load Tee Times Method #1 = Select Tee Times Three different ways to load inventory: 1. Select All Times 2. Choose Select All over the hours you want to include 3. Select the individual tee times *Notice the rolling count of tee times Click Continue
23 Load Tee Times Method #2 = Generate Tee Times Tee times will be loaded based off of the intervals set in tee time settings To update tee time settings click on reliability 1. Choose start time (it will always default to start time in tee time settings) 2. Choose last time (it will always default to last time in tee time settings) 3. Select how many times you want to load per hour 4. Select Generate Tee Times
24 Load Tee Times Tee Time Settings Page = *Please note that inventory is displayed from the tee time settings page. If settings are not accurate, then tee time increments on this page may not be correct. *Note that you can make changes to Tee Time Settings using the lightbox in GNC. Accessed via the reliability indicator. BEST PRACTICE = always verify reliability and update when it is yellow or red.
25 Load Tee Times Inventory will appear in the tee time window Any single line can be edited by clicking and changing cell
26 Load Tee Times Or select cell in master row Select tee time date in master row. All tee times below will populate When a line in the master row is changed all inventory below will be changed
27 Load Tee Times If needed you can add additional lines by clicking here

29 Load Tee Times Online Rate & Retail Rate: Rack rate is defined as the price to play when calling the course, the suggested retail price Online rate is defined as the posted rate offered online The difference between the two is used to calculate the percentage savings
30 Load Tee Times Player Rule: Determines the player rule shown on inventory Recommended to use 1 to 4
31 Load Tee Times Icon Selection: Select to choose icons for desired tee times Lightbox will appear once selected
32 Load Tee Times Icon Selection: Select to choose icons for desired tee times Click select when done * Selected icons will always appear at the top of the lightbox
33 Load Tee Times Override: Used to disable interface for that particular tee time Used when you do not want tee time to appear on tee sheet. Ex. Shotgun starts
34 Load Tee Times Replenish: Replenish allows a tee time to be sold once a twosome or more has been sold Recommended to use for all interfaced courses
35 Load Tee Times Auto Adjust: Select to add auto adjust to inventory Lightbox will appear once selected Auto Adjust definition: Reduces or Increases rate based on days in advance. Also gives us the ability to change player rule, release groups, and replenish.

38 Load Tee Times Info: Select to display and change tee time notes Click save when changes are complete On GolfNow.com the tee time notes are displayed on the payment page of the checkout process.
39 Load Tee Times Actions: Allows you to add or delete tee times
40 Load Tee Times Allow duplicate tee time box: This is primarily used for shotgun events
41 Load Tee Times Releasing inventory: Choose GolfNow Websites (includes GolfNow and all affiliate websites) Choose Custom Release to include your course booking engine Then hit Load and Release
42 Load Tee Times If custom group is selected a lightbox will appear to select the desired release group *Contact your Market Sales Manager for questions on what each release group represents
43 Autoloads Definition of Autoloads: Autoloads allow you to create a schedule of future inventory (tee times) based on pre-determined parameters *Please note Autoloads only run overnight. All current (live) inventory will need to be updated in Update Tee Times. *Best practice! Send all autoload requests to your Market Sales Manager or contact GolfNow Cares Partner Support at GOLF.

51 Autoloads HOW TO UPDATE MULTIPLE ROWS Select multiple rows through one of the following methods 1. Click and drag to highlight all the rows you need to update 2. Click the first row needed, hold down shift and click the last row needed 3. Click a row needed, hold down ctrl and individually click all rows needed You will know that a row has been selected when the line turns blue and an arrow appears in the left hand column *You can then change any item on the master row and it will only update the selected rows
52 Autoloads Tee Time: Can be changed by typing over OR select multiple rows and update on the master line to make duplicate tee times for shotguns All time entry fields include formatting shortcuts: 9 will become 9:00 AM. 5p will become 5:00 PM Military time also accepted, 17 will become 5:00 PM

60 Autoloads Info: Select to display and change tee time notes Lightbox will appear once selected Select info from the master row to update multiple lines OR Click into the individual cells to update info one row at a time
61 Autoloads Info: Update the information and click save when complete On GolfNow.com the tee time notes are displayed on the payment page of the checkout process.
62 Autoloads Actions: Allows you to add or delete tee times Delete multiple rows by using the master row OR Delete individual rows one at a time
63 Autoloads Release Groups: Choose GolfNow Websites (will release tee times to GolfNow and all affiliate websites) Choose Custom Release to include your course booking engine, etc Select EDIT under groups to choose your custom release and a Lightbox will appear
64 Autoloads Choose your desired groups and then click select to save. * Contact your Market Sales Manager for questions on what each release group represents
65 Autoloads When you have completed all updates select SAVE at the bottom of the page to save your work and return to the main autoload schedule page.
66 Rate Fence Schedule Definition: Rate Fences are used to keep rates within a desired time frame. Required for interfaced golf courses that do not post every tee time on the tee sheet.
67 Rate Fence Schedule Rate Fences can be found in two different places. 1. Under the More tab 2. In the AutoLoad Schedule very bottom of the page
68 Rate Fence Schedule 1. Choose a Facility and a Course or navigate to the autoload where fences are needed Name Schedule Name Type Standard or Override Standard Long term schedule with no end date. End date will automatically populate when a new rate fence is created. Override Short term schedule that generally corresponds with a special the course is running. You will set a start and end date. Start Date / End Date See above Manage Choose to Edit, Copy, or Delete a rate fence
69 Rate Fence Schedule To create a NEW rate fence click Create Rate Fence Give the rate fence a name, set the type (standard or override), and set a start date Click Add a Fence
70 Rate Fence Schedule Click Add a Fence as many times as needed example shown here is for different rate breaks Mon-Fri and Sat-Sun Click the days of the week that should be included will turn dark blue when selected Click on the time line to add in a fence
71 Rate Fence Schedule Click and drag a time to move it OR click into the bubble and manually type in the time Hover over the bubble to iluminate a red X that will allow you to delete a fence no longer needed Click the magnifying glass on the far right hand side of the timeline to zoom out and choose later times
72 Dashboards Revenue at Risk Module: Provides data to analyze demand levels by day part to assist in making pricing decisions. Quick link to Update Tee Times where you can quickly adjust pricing to match demand. Rounds and Revenue Module: Look up reservations, rounds and revenue for yesterday, last week or last month. Use the advanced mode to analyze performance on any day or time period. Weather Module: See current weather conditions at your facility for today and the next four days.
73 Dashboards The first time you set up a dashboard, click Add New Page. Once you have at least one dashboard created you will click Set Up Page to create new dashboards or reorder existing ones.
74 Dashboards Name Dashboard you are creating Drag selected modules from the left to right side
75 Dashboards Weather Forecast Select your facility and weather will populate automatically based upon the golf course s zip code.
