6 Notes: TUESDAY is a competition open to all members with tee off approx. 8:15am to 12 noon. There is only one competition for the day and trophies will be awarded for best score/s of the day. WEDNESDAY is Ladies day with tee off as per the timesheet. THURSDAY is a competition open to all members with tee off approx. 8:15am to 12 noon. There is only one competition for the day and trophies will be awarded for best score/s on the day. SATURDAY tee times are as per timesheet are are generally between 11.15am to 1.00pm but the timesheet allows for some groups to tee off from 8.00am. Any SHOTGUN start times are to be advised, but generally commence at 7:50am and 12.30pm. Members are advised to attend at least 15 minutes prior to their tee time to ensure smooth operation of the field on the day. They are further asked to employ their best efforts to ensure their round does not exceed the expected round time of 4¼ hours. Players should keep up with the group in front of them, not just in front of the group behind. All members are invited to play in all 4Ball events as either a Medley or Mixed team. The 4Ball event will be the competition of the day and trophies awarded for the best score/s on the day. Ladies are not eligible to win traditional club events such as the Maurice Goodear 4Ball. There will be seperate NTP's and ball run down for the Men & Ladies on these competition days. Dress Code: It is a requirement of the Portland Golf Club that all members and their guests observe etiquette and dress code at all times. Dress regulations apply to both the course and clubhouse and include a minimum requirement of shirt with collar or mock collar. Tracksuit pants are not permitted. 4.
