1 OFFICIAL RULES 47 DAYS OF 47 BRAND SWEEPSTAKES THE 47 DAYS OF 47 BRAND SWEEPSTAKES (THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PROMOTION ) IS SPONSORED BY 47 BRAND (THE SPONSOR ). THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, FACEBOOK, INC. ( FACEBOOK ). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time ( ET ) on 11/05/12 and ends at 9:59:59 AM ET on 12/22/12 (the Promotion Period ). The Promotion Period consists of forty-seven (47) Daily Entry Periods (the Daily Entry Periods ) as outlined in the Entry Chart below. Each Daily Entry Period begins at 10:00:00 AM ET on the entry start date and ends at 9:59:59 AM ET on the entry end date as indicated in the chart below. All Entries must be submitted by 9:59:59 AM ET on 12/22/12. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are aged 18 or older at the time of entry and have a registered profile on Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants who are minors in their jurisdiction of residence must have a parent or legal guardian's permission to enter the Sweepstakes. A minor s permission to enter will be validated by the signing of an Affidavit of Eligibility by the parent or legal guardian. Employees of the Sponsor, mu//en, Marden-Kane, Inc. (the Administrator ), and their respective their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible to enter this Sweepstakes or win a prize. If the Entry has met all eligibility and entry requirements it will be considered an Eligible Entry. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, visit log in to your Facebook page, and then visit the 47 Brand Page on the Facebook Platform at click the Sweepstakes application anytime during the Promotion Period and follow the on-screen instructions: [1] Like the 47 Brand Facebook Page (if you do not already); [2] Complete the registration form by providing the information required and accepting the Official Rules; and [3] Click the Enter button. All Entries must be submitted by the end dates and times listed below. Limit one (1) Entry per person/facebook account, per Daily Entry Period. A Daily Entry Period is defined as a 24-hour period beginning at 10:00:00 AM ET and ending 24 hours later. Only the first Entry per person/facebook account per Daily Entry Period will be valid, all additional Entries from t person/facebook account will be disqualified. Sweepstakes Entries will not carry over to subsequent Daily Entry Periods. The information provided will only be used for the purpose of contacting the Potential Winners. 4 DRAWING/PRIZES/ODDS: One (1) Daily Prize will be awarded for each of the forty-seven (47) Daily Entry Period during the Promotion Period as indicated in the chart above. Daily Prize Winners will have the choice to either receive the prize as indicated in the chart above or instead receive a gift code in the amount of the ARV of their prize which can be redeemed at The forty-seven (47) Daily Prize Winners will each be randomly selected on or about the corresponding Drawing Date as indicated in the chart above from the total number of Eligible Entries submitted on the entry date. Drawings will be conducted by Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) of each Daily Prize is listed in the chart above. The Total ARV of all Daily Prizes to be awarded is: $4, Odds of winning depend upon the number of Eligible Entries received per entry date. WINNER NOTIFICATION, PRIZE RESTRICTIONS and REQUIREMENTS: Prizes are non-transferable, no substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Once a Winner is confirmed their prize will be delivered within six (6) weeks of Winner confirmation. If any notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate Potential Winner. Should a Potential Winner decide to decline a Prize for any reason wsoever, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to t Potential Winner, and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected.
