2 Junior Performance Academy Nordcenter JPA provides aspiring elite golfers the opportunity of taking their skills and talents to higher levels of performance, at a specialist golf training center with qualified experienced coaches and a professional support team. Nordcenter s facilities are constantly being upgraded to the highest level - Benz and Fream golf courses are improved every year to elite tournament standards, training facilities prepared to high levels so that program players practice and play at quality facilities; coaching team available all year long to provide the best services and support. By providing these services in Finland and abroad throughout the program duration, we aim to attract more members, avid golfers and young families to Nordcenter Golf & Country Club, and develop the best young players and professionals in the coming years.

Just attending the program is no guarantee of success player dedication, determination, skill and desire to complete the program, own practice, play and tournament volumes are crucial. PRICE Optional Winter Intensive Program in Malaga, Spain 575 / week JPA International Program Tournament Elite TO WHOM Juniors, Amateur & Pro Golfers For Baltic and Scandinavian Countries, International Clubs in partnerships with NGCC players that live outside of Finland. COACHING TEAM DETAILS & SERVICES - Advanced ball striking, technique, high level guidance and advice David Silva - Strategy, course management, tournament preparation, analysis & accompaniment - Trackman analysis, swing video analysis, putting lab and reporting - Short Game Chipping, wedge & bunker play Jouni Simanainen - Putting Group & personal program Glenn Billington - Own practice time and on-course play required minimums established/cycle - Private lessons by JPA full time coaches Maximum of 20 - Use of NGCC gymnasium, driving range, short game areas and par 3 course - Winter Season Golf practice balls Included in group training, own practice 50 % subsidized - Practice and play with JPA Tour Professional players - Golf House Logbook Data and performance recording system - Personal practice programs when requested / cycle by JPA Coaches FEEDBACK / SERVICES PROVIDED TO PARENTS AND JUNIORS - Report and meet with parents and juniors at start, middle and end of program - Coaches available to meet and discuss player development during program - Optional Elite Extra Coaches accompaniment to international tournaments, personalized extra lessons in all areas, personal program, etc. - Career Support & Guidance Advice on golf scholarships, universities / colleges abroad, using JPA contacts and relationships with these institutions - Integrate JPA 4 & 5 Player Conduct code work, training and competing rules - JPA Int. Players volunteer a minimum of 3 days at events hosted by NGCC - Parents can visit players at JPA Winter Base Camp in Spain at special rates

Only registered international players can attend the JPA Int. program. Program commences 3rd November 2014 to 27th September months CYCLE 1: NOV. & DEC. AT SEASON GOLF - 1 day of 6 hrs / month Technique, Short Game & Putting - Coaching Sessions: 2 x 6 hrs 12 hrs CYCLE 2 4: JAN. TO MAY 2015 AT SEASON GOLF - 1 day 6 hrs / month Technique, Short Game & Putting - Coaching Sessions: 5 months x 6 hrs 30 hrs - Players can training at JPA Base in Spain CYCLE 5 & 6: JUNE TO SEPTEMBER 2015 AT NGCC - 1 day 6 hrs / month x 4 months Practice, play and competitio - 4 months x 6 hrs 24 hrs TOTAL PROGRAM (CYCLES 1 6) - Coaching hrs 66 hrs - 5 x Nordcenter Evli Junior Tour tournaments - 3 x World Amateur Golf Ranking Points tournaments (Baltics) - Optional Specialist Training Mental, Physical Gym, Postural Balance, Short game & Putting - Extra Training in all segments, international tournament accompaniment is available OPTIONAL WINTER INTENSIVE PROGRAM MALAGA, SPAIN 575 / WEEK CYCLE 2 & 3 BASE IN SPAIN: JAN. / FEB. / MARCH Daily cost incl. training, tournament entry fees, 2 meals / day, 2 green fees / week, practice, transport and accommodation - Practice, play and accommodation at selected golf resort - Weekly program 2 or 3 practice days, 2 or 3 tournament days, 1 rest day - Coaching sessions: 30 hrs / week + tournaments - Tournaments Up to 12 events, 2 and 3 day open events on Gecko Pro Tour - Optional entry into Int. Amateur Champs Spain & Portugal in February - Optional entry into Ecco Tour Spain, in early April - JPA Coaching Staff rotate presence throughout program and deliver training weeks - Players select certain weeks to attend or complete whole program - Daily cost for Option B is applicable incl. training, tournament entry fees, 2 meals / day, 2 green fees / week, practice, transport and accommodation

Results and player development has improved, but this program take standards to new levels in all areas.
