Eligibility: Amateurs the gender used in relation to any person is understood to include both genders girls / juniors and boys / juniors born in 1999 or after, who are members of a golf club in Germany that is member in the DGV or a golf club of any other foreign country associated to its national Golf Union / Federation / Association, may participate in the competition. 2. Limits of exact handicap, entries, wildcards: Girls: - 8,0 Boys: - 5,0 If there are more than 45 entries for girls/juniors and 45 entries for boys/juniors, girls and boys with the highest exact handicaps (to one decimal point) will be eliminated. Players of the same handicap will be eliminated by drawing lots. Essential for the entry is the handicap at the closing date. The host keeps the right to give special wildcards to other players. 3. Conditions under which the competition is to be played / ties and halved es 1 st day of competition: first of two 18 holes stroke play qualification rounds (scratch) for all competitors 2 nd day of competition: second of two 18 holes stroke play qualification rounds (scratch) for all competitors 3 rd day of competition: 1 st round play: the best 16 girls and the best 16 boys 2 nd round play: the best 16 girls and the best 16 boys 4 th day of competition: 3 rd round play: the best 16 girls and the best 1-16 boys 4 th round play: the best 1-8 girls and the best 1-8 boys

4 Decision of Ties (Stroke play): In case of ties there will be a score card playoff, in accordance with the German Golf Federation policies. Regardless of where the play began (Tee 1 or 10), nine played holes will be selected based on their difficulty as indicated by the stroke allocation for each hole, on the score card. The winner will be determined on the basis of the best score on the holes with stroke allocation (1, 18, 3, 16, 5, 14, 7, 12, and 9). If there are still ties then the best scores on the holes with stroke allocation 1, 18, 3, 16, 5 and 14 will be selected. Thereafter those holes 1, 18, 3 and finally the hardest hole is selected. If there are still ties the ranking will be decided by lot. In case of ties concerning the entry to the play competition there will be a sudden death playoff between the players that are tied for the final spots in the play competition. The Playoff will be played for as many holes as required to determine the players for the number of available Spots left. The holes to be played will be announced by the committee. A tie for ranks between the qualified players for the play will be solved by scorecard playoff (see above). Decision of halved es ( play): The stipulated round for the play consists of playing 18 holes of the course in their correct sequence. A is won when one side leads by a number of holes greater than the number remaining to be played. If there is a tie ( All Square ) the stipulated round is extended by as many holes as are required for a to be won. The playoff will start on the hole, where the began. The 1 st day of the competition: The Championship will start on Tuesday, July 25 th, 2017 at the Golfclub Sinsheim. It will be the first of two 18 holes stroke play qualification rounds. The 2 nd day of the competition: It will be the second of two 18 holes stroke play qualification rounds. The best 16 girls (Eight-finals) and the best 16 boys (Eight-finals) after 36 holes qualify for the play stages. Each player is assigned a number based on the qualifying score; the lowest qualifier is No.1, the second lowest No.2 and so on

7 4. Handicap-relevance, Teeing Grounds, Practice, Caddies: All rounds of strokeplay will count towards handicap. The teeing grounds for the competition will be announced in time on the board of information. Practice on the course between the rounds is NOT permitted. Caddies are permitted only in plays. Relatives and Professionals are not allowed to caddy. 5. Championship Trophy/ Prices: The winner of the girls and boys event each will receive the Championship Trophy which he and she will hold for one year. The trophy shall be returned in time for the following Championship to an address to be instructed in advance. Defending Champion Girls/Juniors: Anna E. Ruttert, GC Hummelbachaue (Germany) Defending Champion Boys/Juniors: Nikolai Schaffrath GCL Wannsee (Germany) Boys and Girls (likewise): Championship Trophy Gold, silver and bronze medals of the Baden-Wuerttemberg Golf Association A memento will be presented to the girl and the boy who are finishing 1 st after two stroke play qualification rounds. A further memento will be given to the player (girls&boys) with the lowest 18-hole score after 36-Holes of Stroke play. Prices won t be carried over. Player can win multiple prices. 6. Championship Committee: The committee will be appointed by the Baden-Wuerttemberg Golf Association. The members of the committee will be announced on the board of information. 7. Entries and Fees : Competitors and players from a German golfclub, that is member of the DGV: All eligible competitors and players sign for participation online only under: up to July 13 th, 2017 at am and give a direct debit authorisation for a fee of EUR 180,-. Each player is reliable to see that his entry was accepted and his name appeared on the entry-list under: A Player/competitor, who is not published on the entry-list, is not eligible

8 Competitors and players from a foreign golf-club: All players/competitors from abroad apply by fax or with the official registration form up to the closing date of July 13 th, 2017 at am. Together with the application the player/competitor has to transfer the fee of EUR 180,- to the indicated bank account. If a player cancels his participation behind the closing date, he stays obliged to pay the fee. Re-transfer of the fee to players, who could not qualify: A re-transfer of the fee to players, who could not qualify for the competition, will be carried out up to August 25 th 2017, to the bank account denoted in the entry form. The BWGV will carry no liability for a refusal or cancellation of the imt - tournament because of external circumstances or force majeure 8. Conditions of competition: The competition is to be played in accordance with The Rules of Golf as approved by the R&A and their interpretations as contained in the Decisions on the Rules of Golf , The Rules of Amateur Status, the DGV-Vorgabensystem (handicap system) and the general BWGV conditions of competition apply for the championship and the Conditions of Competition established by the Committee. 9. Free practice round: Practice rounds are available on the 24 th of July free of charge. Reservation of Right of Modifications The Committee reserves the right to alter the conditions as long as no participant of the competition has made a stroke on the first tee. 13. Declaration of consent: The participants of the imt declare their consent, that the BWGV as the organizer of the imt - tournament may inform the media with pictures and text files (familyname, prename, dates of birth, local golfclub and handicap) without any restrictions about the imt on and
