2 TOURNAMENT INFORMATION ORGANIZER: The organizing committee (hereinafter referred to as committee ) of PONDOK INDAH INTERNATIONAL JUNIOR GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP 2017 (hereinafter referred to as championship ) is the Pondok Indah Golf Club Tournament Committee and approved by the Indonesia Golf Association. 3 - Practice round before that particular date will be subject to the payment of IDR (including Caddie & Green Fees) ELIGIBILITY: The Championship is open to all junior golfers who have not reached 19 years old on December 19 th, 2017 and similarly for their age groups. All entries must conform with all respects to the Rules of Amateur Status as approved by R & A Rules Limited. SIZE OF FIELD: The maximum field size for the championship will be 170 players based on first come first serve basis. The committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without assigning any reason for such refusal. Decision of the committee as to the acceptance and refusal of any entry shall be final. The caddy fees for the tournament already included in the entry fee * Caddy tip of Rp per round shall be borne by the player. All entries must reach the organizing committee on or before Monday, December 04, RULES OF PLAY The championship will be played in accordance with the current rules of golf as approved by the R&A Rule limited, PGI Hard-Card and with the local rules as approved by the committee. FORMAT OF PLAY TEAM EVENT The championship shall be decided by stroke play over 3 rounds of 18 holes, subject to the committee s right, in the event of circumstances which make the playing of 54 holes impracticable, to cancel any round or rounds at its discretion. A and B players cut will be made after 36 holes. A team event for boys and girls will be held in conjunction with the championship. Players will play according to the following age groups: Boys Team Each Boys Team must comprise of 2-3 players, any combination from group A and B. the best 2 scores every round shall be the team s score for the championship. The team returning the lowest combine gross score for 3 rounds of the championship shall be the winner. Girls Team Each Girls Team must comprise of 2-3 players, any combine group A and B. the best 2 scores every round shall be the team s score for the Championship. The team returning the lowest combine gross score for 3 rounds of the championship shall be the winner. AWARDS: Trophies will be awarded to: Individual Event: CHAMPION trophy will be awarded to the lowest gross aggregate score over the three rounds for Boys and of Girls of Class A & B. Trophies will be granted to five (5) Best Scores of Boys Classes A, B, C; Trophies will be granted to five (3) Best Scores of Boys Classes D, E, F Trophies will be granted to three (3) of Girls Classes A, B, C, D, E Team Event: Trophies will be granted to the boy s team and girl s team with the team submitting the lowest combine gross score over the 3 rounds. Withdrawal after closing date will not be entertained and no refund shall be given. We ask that all spectators observe the following guidelines: Pondok Indah Golf Course: * Obtain a Spectator Pass at the Starter s Hut. * At all times, kindly keep a minimum distance of 25 yards from players. * Do not communicate with players as it may be construed as advice and subject the player to potential disqualification * Golf carts are only permitted for spectators with disabilities. Disability placards or notes from a physician should be submitted to the Tournament Committee.
