Eligibility: As per the General Conditions of Play PGU 2017, clause 2. a), men with HCP 18.0 or lower, women with HCP 24. or lower. 2. Qualification, fees and entries: a) 112 men and 28 ladies will qualified for the Tournament, including players qualified on the basis of wild cards. b) Entries will be accepted through the website until May 4th, c) Qualification shall be exercised according to the increasing order of the HCP, with the reservation of clause 4. of the General Conditions of Play PGU The PGU Management Board reserves the right to grant 6 wild cards. d) Entry fees: Entry fees Players born before PLN Players born after PLN e) Bank Account Account Name: Polski Związek Golfa Al. Confirmation or resignation from participation: a) A player is obliged to confirm the participation till 3 p.m. on May 10th, In case of a lack of confirmation, the entry fee shall not be returned. b) A player can confirm his or her participation: by phone at the number: from the 8th till 9th May, 2017 in person on the training day from 10 a.m. till 3 p.m. at the Tournament Office c) Resignation from participation takes place in accordance with the General Conditions of Play 2017, par. 5. d) a player not associated in PGU, who starts in the tournament, is obliged to submit a certificate issued by a national union/federation, confirming his or her current HCP, in a paper version to the Tournament Office or by to organizacja@pzgolf.pl, latest till 3 p.m. on the 10th of May A person who fails to do this, cannot take part in the tournament.

2 4. Format of play; tees; classification: a) May 11 th one Stroke Play gross rounds 18 holes Scratch Stroke Play. Based on the results, players will be divided acc. to tables from Annex 1 into the following groups: men 1-32, 33-64, 65-96, the rest of players will be divided into groups of 4; women 1-16 the rest of female players will be divided into groups of 4. In case of ties the classification will be decided as follows: best stroke play gross results on holes: 10-18, 13-18, and 18. In case of further ties, higher location on the classification list will be given to competitor with higher HCP EGA. b) May 12th morning round I Match Play gross between players within a given group as per the table in the Annex 2 below. c) May 12th afternoon round II Match Play gross between players within a given group as per the table in the Annex 2 below. d) May 13th morning round III Match Play gross between players within a given group as per the table in the Annex 2 below. e) Winners of groups from 1-32 for men in the remainder of the tournament compete for seats 1-8 according to the table in Annex 3 to this Regulation. f) Those who took second place in the group of 1-32 for men later in the tournament compete for seats 9-16 according to the table in Annex 3 to this Regulation. g) Those who took third place in the group of 1-32 for the men in the latter part of the tournament compete for seats according to the table in Annex 3 to this Regulation. h) Those who took fourth place in the group of 1-32 for men in the remainder of the tournament compete for seats according to the table in Annex 3 to this Regulation. i) Winners of groups 1-16 for women in the remainder of the tournament compete for seats 1-4 according to the table in Annex 3 to this Regulation. j) Those who took second place in group 1-16 for women later in the tournament compete for seats 5-8 according to the table in Appendix 3 to this regulation. k) Those who took third place in group 1-16 for women later in the tournament compete for seats 9-12 according to the table in Appendix 3 to this regulation. l) Those who took fourth place in the group 1-16 for women later in the tournament compete for seats according to the table in Appendix 3 to this regulation. m) May 13th afternoon round IV Match Play gross as per the table in the Annexes 2&3 below. n) May 14th morning round V Match Play gross as per the table in the Annexes 2&3 below. o) May 14th morning round VI Match Play gross as per the table in the Annexes 2&3 below. p) Match Play es will be played in the gross system, without Handicap allowance (Scratch) and each Match has to be decided no ties. If a Match is not decided over 18 holes, the players continue from the holes pointed out by Tournament Committee, until the Match is decided. After a Match is decided, the players cannot continue play and must leave the course under the penalty of disqualification. q) The result of a finished Match must be reported to the Tournament Committee by the winner directly after its completion under the penalty of disqualification. r) The number of victories decides who occupied the place in the group. If two people

3 have 2 wins, the better result of their direct decides about the higher position. Where three people in a group have 2 wins in a group, the position in the stroke play decides about the position in the group. s) Winners of groups are ranked ex aequo on the place 33. Those who took 2 places in groups occupy 41st place. Those who took 3 places in groups occupy 49th place. People who took 4 places in groups occupy 57th place. t) Winners of groups are ranked ex aequo on the place 65. Those who took second place in groups occupy 73rd place. Those who took 3 places in groups occupy 81 places. Those who took 4th place in groups occupy 89th place. u) Concession of Match: players conceding a Match must do it personally on the start or deliver the information personally to the Tournament Committee or via to organizacja@pzgolf.pl within the following deadlines: Morning Match directly after deciding to concede the Match but not later than 7 p.m. on the day before the Match. Afternoon Match within half an hour after completing the Morning Match. v) If a player does not show on the start tee and abandon the, he or she shall be automatically disqualified from the rest of the es and will be exluded from Polish Championships Match Play He won t receive PGU ranking points. w) A player who will not appear on the start tee or abandon the, and instead of the competition in Polish Championships Match Play 2017 will compete in another tournament in Poland, will be exluded from the rest of Polishchampionship Tournaments in 2017 and Polish Championships Match Play x) PGU Tournament tee: Course length for Men (yellow) including distance changes allowed by the EGA. Course length for Ladies (red) including distance changes allowed by the EGA. 5. Winners: The winners in the Polish Match Play Championship shall receive the following titles: a) In Men s category: I place - Polish Match Play Champion II place - I Polish Match Play Vice-Champion III place - II Polish Match Play Vice-Champion b) In Ladies category: I place - Polish Match Play Lady Champion II place - I Polish Match Play Lady Vice-Champion III place - II Polish Match Play Lady Vice-Champion 6. PGU Ranking: Ranking points will be given to the PGU Members as per the PGU 2017 Ranking Conditions.
