All players who are in possession of a current federative license, issued by the Royal Spanish Golf Federation, with a national handicap (active and non active) of maximum 36.0, will be able to take part, with the limitations that are subsequently expressed, And who are in possession of either the official certificate of disability of 33% or higher, or absolute incapacity according to the REAL DECREE 1414/2006 of December 1, or the Medical Pass granted by EDGA (European Disabled Golf Association) Either permanently or revisable, the latter being accepted as long as it is valid in 2017, as well as, that European player who is in possession of the Medical Pass issued by the EDGA, provided they provide a issued handicap certificate By its Federation.
