1 Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia Premium Play Package Programs UNLIMITED PREMIUM PLAY OPTIONS THE WEEKEND PASS The Weekend Pass includes all of the following privileges: - Unlimited golf course access on a space-available* basis Fridays-Sundays & Holidays** - Unlimited practice facility access on a space-available*** basis Fridays-Sundays & Holidays** - Standby privileges available after 12:00PM on Monday-Thursday (non-holidays**) for $20 per round o Does not contribute toward the maximum, nor is it covered by the maximum The following options are available for the Weekend Pass: o $1,750 pass fee o Maximum additional per round fees set at $1,500, or the equivalent of 100 rounds Total Maximum Cost = $3,250 o Actual average usage in : 24 rounds o Average user price under new structure = would purchase Flex Pass instead o $2,625 pass fee per player o Maximum additional per round fees set at $2,250, or the equivalent of 150 rounds Total Maximum Cost = $4,875 o Actual average usage in : 71 rounds o Average user price under new structure = $3,690, or $51.97 per round

2 THE WEEKDAY PASS The Weekday Pass includes all of the following privileges: - Unlimited golf course access on a space-available* basis Monday-Thursday, excluding Holidays** - Unlimited practice facility access on a space-available*** basis Monday-Thursday, excluding Holidays** - Standby privileges available after 12:00PM on Friday-Sunday & Holidays** for $20 per round o Does not contribute toward the maximum, nor is it covered by the maximum The following options are available for the Weekday Pass: o $2,000 pass fee o Maximum additional per round fees set at $1,875, or the equivalent of 125 rounds Total Maximum Cost = $3,875 o Actual average usage in : 63 rounds o Average user price under new structure = $2,945, or $46.75 per round o $3,000 pass fee per couple per player o Maximum additional per round fees set at $3,000, or the equivalent of 200 rounds Total Maximum Cost = $6,000 o Actual average usage in : 84 rounds o Average user price under new structure = $4,260, or $50.71 per round

3 THE FULL-WEEK PASS The Full-Week Pass includes all of the following privileges: - Unlimited golf course access on a space-available* basis Monday-Sunday - Unlimited practice facility access on a space-available*** basis Monday-Sunday The following options are available for the Full-Week Pass: o $2,500 pass fee o Maximum additional per round fees set at $2,250, or the equivalent of 150 rounds Total Maximum Cost = $4,750 o Actual average usage in : 97 rounds o Average user price under new structure = $3,955, or $40.77 per round o $3,750 pass fee o Maximum additional per round fees set at $3,375, or the equivalent of 225 rounds Total Maximum Cost = $7,125 o Actual average usage in : 82 rounds o Average user price under new structure = $5,595, or $45.49 per round, or they may opt for the 75-Play Flex Pass at $4,500 THE PRACTICE FACILITY PASS The Practice Facility Pass includes the following privileges: - Unlimited use of the Practice Facility on a space-available*** basis Monday-Sunday & Holidays The following options are available for the Practice Facility Pass: - Trilogy Member - $425 - Non-residents of Trilogy - $525 *** Space-available in relation to Practice Facility access refers to the fact that there may be times that either groups, instructional programs, or extremely busy tee sheets when practice time will not be available; we anticipate this being a rare occurrence

4 FLEX PASS OPTIONS WEEKDAY OPTIONS All five Weekday Flex Pass options include the following privileges: - Golf course access on a space-available* basis Monday-Thursday (non-holiday**) anytime - $20 per round (plus one Flex Pass play) standby access on Friday-Sunday & Holidays after 2:00PM - A booking window of two days greater than the general public - Use of the practice facility on the day of play ($7.50 on the other non-play weekdays) - The purchase of the 50-Play or more allows for use of the Practice Facility on a spaceavailable* basis Monday-Thursday (non-holiday**) anytime - Transferability among couples (within the same household only) 25-Play Weekday Flex Pass 25 rounds at $62.50 each for a pass price of $1, Play Weekday Flex Pass 50 rounds at $57.50 each for a pass price of $2, Play Weekday Flex Pass 75 rounds at $52.50 each for a pass price of $3, Play Weekday Flex Pass 100 rounds at $47.50 each for a pass price of $4,750 FULL-FLEX OPTIONS All Full-Flex Pass options include the following privileges: - Golf course access on a space-available* basis Monday-Sunday including all holidays - A booking window of two days greater than the general public - Use of the practice facility on the day of play ($7.50 on the other non-play weekdays) - The purchase of the 50-Play or more allows for use of the Practice Facility on a spaceavailable* basis Monday-Thurs (non-holiday**) anytime - Transferability among couples (within the same household only) 25-Play Full-Flex Pass 25 rounds at $70 each for a pass price of $1, Play Full-Flex Pass 50 rounds at $65 each for a pass price of $3, Play Full-Flex Pass 75 rounds at $60 each for a pass price of $4,500

5 NOTES * Space-available in relation to tee times refers to the fact that, although pass-holders have access 2 days prior to the general public, there are still reservations being made by other Trilogy members as well as groups and outings, which means that tee time access is not guaranteed. Additionally, the equivalent of two tee times per hour before noon will be reserved for non- Premium Package play from November through April. ** Holidays are defined as: New Year s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year s Eve *** Space-available in relation to Practice Facility access refers to the fact that there may be times that either groups, instructional programs, or extremely busy tee sheets when practice time will not be available; we anticipate this being a rare occurrence Further notes: - A monthly payment option is available on Premium Passes for a 5% premium - Non-residents of Trilogy pay a 15% premium on all passes - Price changes take effect on November 1, All Flex Pass rounds expire one year from purchase date with any remaining unused rounds being credited at 50% of value toward the purchase of any future Premium Pass or Flex Pass - All Flex Pass options must be paid in full at time of purchase - Applicable taxes not included in any pricing above 2011 CONVERSION Moving forward, all Premium Passes and Flex Passes will be valid on a defined time period of November 1 st through October 31 st. New pass holders will have the opportunity for a one-time proration; existing Flex Pass holders have the option to apply any remaining Flex Pass balance towards the purchase of a Premium Golf package (there is no proration available on this transfer).
