11 GENERAL INFORMATION Member and Guest Policy Members and guests must abide by all golf course rule. Golf members are allowed to make reservations for up to (8) unaccompanied guests. When the host golf member is not present to play with his/her guests, the charge per green fee is still the memberguest fee. Please contact our Pro Shop for specific details. Members are responsible for their guest s compliance to the dress code policies of the Club. Bill Payments Monthly statements are paid by ACH or automatic credit card on file. Members are billed at the beginning of each month for dues and for the previous month s incidental charges. Members must sign all charges before teeing off with guests or leaving bar/restaurant. Resignation Members may resign from the Rio Bravo Golf Membership by giving thirty (30) days notice either by letter or . Verbal resignations will not be honored. Resigning members will be responsible for the final monthly dues as well as any outstanding balances remaining on the account. All remaining balances must be paid before the end of the 30 days notice. COUNTRY CLUB, LLC
