Eligibility The tournaments are open to all junior golfers under the age relevant to their event at the commencement of the tournament/s entered. 4. Size of the field - The Tournament field is restricted to 144 players with the split up of age groups to be determined by the Organizing committee 5. Divisions Under 21 / 18 / 15 /13 (divisions - Age not over on 7 Dec 2014) 6. Manner of play 54 holes 7. Tees Determined by the Organizing Committee to suit the various age groups. 8. Awards trophies, certificates and privileged Trophy Certificate Privileged Overall free full year scholarship in Australia(except divisions under 21 boys & girls) Boys and Girls 8 divisions Winners free one-month golf camp training program in Australia 1 st Runner-up - 50% off golf camp training program in Australia 2 nd Runner-up - 40% off golf camp training program in Australia 3 rd Runner-up - 30% off golf camp training program in Australia 9. Ties Tie for the overall and the winner in each division will be decided by a sudden death play-off. All minor placing shall be decided based on a count back system as follows last 18 holes, if tie persists then last 9 holes, then last 6 holes, then last 3 holes, then 18 th hole. If tie still persists then1st day score to be worked on a similar count back. 10. Official practice round An official practice round will be available on December 4, This will be the only practice round allowed. 11. Entries close on Friday 31 th October The Rules of Golf Each Championship will be played in accordance with the Rules of golf approved by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews and with the Local Rules of the participating Golf Clubs approved

2 by the Organizing Committee. Disputes, if any, will be settled by the Organizing Committee, and a decision made by the Organizing Committee will be final. 13. Golf Balls The ball the player plays must be named on the current List of Conforming Golf Balls issued by the R&A. Penalty for breach of condition : Disqualification 14. Time of starting Player must report to the Tournament office 30 minutes prior to his/her tournament round and should arrive at the starting point 10 minutes before their hitting time. 15. Spectators (Gallery) Spectators are forbidden to give advice to a player during a stipulated round of the tournament. 16. Motorized Carts Unless otherwise permitted by the Committee, spectators shall not use golf carts 17. Suspension of Play When play is suspended by the Committee, if the players in a group are between the play of two holes, they must not resume play until the committee has ordered a resumption of play. 18. Serious breach of etiquette the following may be considered as a serious breach of etiquette if (a) Hand phone rings or use of hand phone during a stipulated round (b) Verbal abuse of fellow competitor/official/staff (c) Intentionally offending a fellow competitor (d) Improper behaviors such as swearing or throwing clubs (e) Smoking and consuming alcoholic drinks during a stipulated round 19. Tournament Delays - The Organizing Committee may, in the event of bad weather, or for any reason shorten the contest if necessary. 20. Measuring devices Laser range finders and GPS systems can be used during the tournament. 21. Accommodation International competitors will be accommodated for the duration of each tournament, including practice day, at Panorama golf and country club Hotel in Nakonratchasima, Thailand, and fees are included in the entry fee. Breakfast will be provided each day. 22. Caddy - Personal caddy not allowed
