1 TOURNAMENT INFORMATION Event title: The 31 st Indonesia Ladies Amateur Open Golf Championship Sanctioned by: Indonesia Golf Association Tournament date: August 4 6, 2015 Tournament website: / Tournament course: Padang Golf Sukajadi, Batam - Indonesia Participating association: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar Hongkong, Korea and Australia Tournament format: 54 holes stroke play over three rounds of 18 holes 1. Management Ladies Amateur Open shall be managed by a Championship Committee, appointed by the Indonesia Golf Association (IGA), hereinafter called the COMMITTEE. 2. Rules of Play The Championship will be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf approved by The R & A Rules Limited, PGI Hard Card, Conditions of Competitions and Addendums, and with the Local Rules approved by the Organizing Committee. Disputes, if any, will be settled by the Committee, and a decision made by the Committee will be final. 3. Eligibility The Championship is sanctioned by PGI Riau Archipelago Chapter and open to all Ladies Amateur golfers in accordance with the Rules of Amateur Status as approved by the R&A Rules Limited, and golfers who have a maximum Handicap Index as follows: Ladies Amateur Event AA: Max USGA Handicap Index: 9.2 or Course Handicap: 11 Ladies Amateur Event BB: Max USGA Handicap Index: 17.2 or Course Handicap: 20 Participant must register with an official Handicap Index from their respective Golf Union or Club. If a player has a Handicap Index maintained at more than one Club, she shall play off the lowest Handicap Index. The 31st Indonesia Ladies Amateur Open Golf Championship

Playing Schedule The Playing Schedule shall be as follow: Monday, August 3 rd, :30 AM Practice Round 9:30 AM Team Captains Meeting at PGS Meeting Room Tuesday, August 4 th, :30 AM 1 st Round of Championship Wednesday, August 5 th, :30 AM 2 nd Round of Championship Thursday, August 6 th, :30 AM 3:00 PM 4:00 PM Final Round of Championship Prize Presentation and Closing Ceremony Farewell Party 5. Team Competition Each club shall be represented by a team of two (2) or three (3) players all of whom shall be Amateur Golfers according to the Rules of Amateur Status as approved by the R&A. Each Team may nominate a Captain who may be either one of the two or three players or some other person (must not be a professional golfer). If a Team appoints a person other than a player in the team, he/she may give advice. The person must be identified to the COMMITTEE at registration prior to the start of the CHAMPIONSHIP. He/she will be treated as part of the competitor s side and not an outside agency. The Team Captain will not be allowed onto the putting greens when giving advice and must not disturb other players or causing undue delay play. The penalty for breach of this condition is: 1st violation - Official warning Subsequent violation - 2 stroke penalty Team members are not partners and only the Team Captain may give advice during a round. If the Team Captain is a playing Captain, the Rules forbid her from giving advice while she playing. 6. Scoring Format: A. THE CHAMPIONSHIP I. The Championship will be conducted over three rounds in 3 days playing 18 holes in each round per day for the Ladies Amateur Event AA, using Gross stroke play (SCRATCH) format. And two rounds playing 18 holes in each round per day for 2 days for the Ladies Amateur Event BB, using Net stroke play (ON HANDICAP). The 31st Indonesia Ladies Amateur Open Golf Championship

3 II. Individual Ladies Amateur Event AA 54 holes stroke play on the August 4 th 6 th 2015, cut will be applied after finishing 36 holes. The winner of gross category will be the one with the lowest aggregate gross score after 54 holes. Start from WHITE tee. Individual Ladies Amateur Event BB 36 holes stroke play on handicap on the August 5 th 6 th The winner Net category will be the one with the lowest aggregate net score after 36 holes. Start from RED tee. Event B is divided into 2 flights: i. Flight A : handicap 0 12 ii. Flight B : handicap No cut - off III. Ladies Amateur Team Event AA Will be held altogether and not separated during the Championship for 54 holes on August 4 th 6 th The team consists of 2 or 3 players (from same club) and the best 2 scores will be applied as daily team's score. The winner is the team with the lowest aggregate GROSS score combination for 36 holes. If the total team participants are more than 5, the best 4 teams will continue to the next game (3 rd day), based on best aggregate gross score combination for two days. Start from WHITE tee. Ladies Amateur Team Event BB Will be held altogether and not separated during The Championship for 36 holes on August 5 th 6 th The Team consists of 2 or 3 players (from same club) and the best 2 score will be applied as daily team's score. The winner team is a team with the lowest aggregate NET score for 36 holes. Start from RED tee. 7. Ties for Individual &Team Competition A. THE CHAMPIONSHIP Ties Individual: In the event of ties to decide the winner of The 31 st Indonesia Ladies Amateur Open Golf Championship 2015 (EVENT AA), the winner will be decided by a hole-by-hole play-off. All other ties, winners will be decided by matching score cards (Count Back System). The score of the last 9 holes (10-18), the last 6 holes (13-18), the last 3 hole (16-18), if necessary the last hole (18). If it is still a tie, the winner will be decided by a lot draw. Team : In the event of a tie between teams, it will be decided by matching score cards between one player of each team with the lowest score on the last day as representative of the tying team. 8. Entries and Closing Date All entries are to be made on the Official Entry Form and must reach the CHAMPIONSHIP Office by Saturday, July 25 th 2015 The 31st Indonesia Ladies Amateur Open Golf Championship

4 9. Prizes Prizes will be awarded as follow: A. THE CHAMPIONSHIP - Event AA Ladies Amateur (Individual Gross) I. The 31 st Indonesia Ladies Amateur Open Golf Championship 2015 II. Individual - 3 best gross scores B. Event BB Ladies Amateur (Individual Net) Handicap 0-20 I. The 31 st Indonesia Ladies Amateur Open Golf Championship 2015 (Net Event) II. A Individual - 3 best overall net scores (Handicap 0 12) III. B Individual - 3 best overall net scores (Handicap 13 20) D. Event AA Team Amateur I. Best Team (1 Trophy, 3 Medals) II. Runner-Up 1 (3 Medals) III. Runner-Up 2 (3 Medals) E. Event BB Team Amateur I. Best Team (1 Trophy, 3 Medals) II. Runner-Up 1 (3 Medals) III. Runner-Up 2 (3 Medals) Note: In the event a competitor wins both gross and net prizes, both prizes are to be awarded to the competitor. There is no limitation of how many prizes a competitor may win. 10. Draws A play shall be in groups, as determined by the COMMITTEE. The draws for the first two rounds will be made by the Committee. The draw for the last round will be arranged according to the ranking of the first two rounds scores; the lowest scores will tee off last. 11. ENTRY FORM As enclosed below.
