2 The 57 Pass 57 Pass Privileges: - Practice Facility access on a space available*** basis during access days; applicable practice bucket rates apply for non-play days - Accompanied guests may play at the applicable Trilogy Preferred Guest rate on day of play - Personal golf car access or usage of one of the golf cars from the course fleet Golf course access on a space available* basis as follows: - From November through April and September 5 th until overseed: - A booking window of fourteen days; two days greater than the general public - Access available Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays** o Friday, Saturday, and holiday standby privileges available same day of play for $25 o Standby rounds do not contribute toward the maximum, nor are they covered by the maximum - From May through Labor Day: o Sunday-Thursday non-holidays, a booking window of fourteen days o Friday, Saturday, and holidays, a booking window of three days in advance 57 Pass Pricing: - Individual o $2,425 base fee o Maximum additional fees set at $2,310/$2,183 respectively, or the equivalent of 140 rounds Total Maximum User Cost when utilizing Trilogy golf cart = $4,735 Total Maximum User Cost when utilizing personal golf cart = $4,608 - Couple o $3,675 base fee o Maximum additional fees set at $3,630/$3,430 respectively, or the equivalent of 220 rounds Total Maximum User Cost when utilizing Trilogy golf cart = $7,305 Total Maximum User Cost when utilizing personal golf cart = $7,105

3 The Weekday Premium Pass Weekday Pass Privileges: - Golf course access on a space-available* basis Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays** - A booking window of fourteen days; two days greater than the general public - Practice Facility access on a space available*** basis during access days; applicable practice bucket rates apply for non-play days - Standby privileges available on Friday-Sunday & Holidays** o Overseed through April after 2pm for $25 o May until overseed after 11am for applicable per round fee o Does not contribute toward the maximum, nor is it covered by the maximum - Accompanied guests may play for the applicable Trilogy Preferred Guest rate on day of play - Personal golf car access or usage of one of the golf cars from the course fleet Weekday Pass Pricing: - Individual o $2,225 base fee o Maximum additional fees set at $2,062/$1,949 respectively, or the equivalent of 125 rounds Total Maximum User Cost when utilizing Trilogy golf cart = $4,288 Total Maximum User Cost when utilizing personal golf cart = $4,174 - Couple o $3,425 pass fee per couple o Maximum additional fees set at $3,300/$3,118 respectively, or the equivalent of 200 rounds Total Maximum User Cost when utilizing Trilogy golf cart = $6,725 Total Maximum User Cost when utilizing personal golf cart = $6,543

5 The 30-Play And 60-Play Flex Pass Flex Pass Privileges: - Flex passes are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase - Golf course access on a space available* seven days a week - A booking window of fourteen days; two days greater than the general public - Practice Facility access on days of play only; applicable basket rates apply for non-play days - Transferability within same household only - Accompanied guests must pay the applicable Trilogy Preferred Guest rate on day of play - Personal golf car access or usage of one of the golf cars from the course fleet Flex Pass Pricing: - 30-Play Flex Pass o $1,875 ($62.50 per round) - 60-Play Flex Pass o $3,425 ($57 per round) The Practice Facility Pass The Practice Facility Pass provided unlimited use of the Practice Facility on a space available*** basis. 6 Trilogy Preferred Rates All Trilogy residents will receive the following preferred pricing for the season. These rates are valid seven days a week and have a booking window of fourteen days in advance; two days greater than the general public. Call the Golf Shop at to reserve your tee time. 7 Important Notes House accounts continue to be available and are encouraged as a convenient way to enjoy your golf and V s Taproom experience. Accounts using ACH technology (linked to a checking account) are complimentary. If you would prefer to use a credit card for your account, a $4 monthly fee will apply. As was implemented previously, Passes and Flex Passes purchased with a credit card will be charged a 3% administrative fee. A four-month Installment Plan Payment Option is available on all Premium Passes (includes a 5% administrative fee); all payments must be completed by February 1, Non-residents of the Trilogy or Vistancia communities will pay a 15% premium on all Premium Passes or Flex Passes. A one-time proration will be extended for new package purchases only. Tee times are available to members via phone ( ), in person or online. As a matter of protocol, the Golf Shop team is educated to first service the guest at the Golf Shop counter, and then alternate between guests at the counter with incoming phone calls. * Space-available in relation to tee times refers to the fact that, although pass-holders have a booking window of fourteen days, reservations are also being made by other Trilogy members as well as groups, tournaments and special activities. ** Holidays are: New Year s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President s Day, Easter Monday, Columbus Day, Veteran s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving. *** Space-available in relation to the Practice Facility refers to the fact that there may be times when groups, instructional programs, or extremely busy tee sheets could mean that practice time will not be available. We anticipate this being a rare occurrence.

8 Tee Time Cancellation Policy To be fair to you and your fellow members, we have found it necessary to address and revise our Tee Time Cancellation Policy due to an increase in the number of no-show bookings or last-minute cancellation notifications. The revisions are designed to provide more flexibility in the cancellation timeframe and open tee times previously left vacant by no-show bookings. In the past, Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia maintained a 48-hour cancellation policy. In an effort to provide greater flexibility, we have elected to change our policy to require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If a cancellation notice is provided less than 24 hours prior to the tee time, a no-show fee of $25.00 plus tax for the number of players booked will be billed to the member who reserved the tee time. o To clarify, should the booking be made for a single player, that player will be charged $25.00 plus tax if they fail to cancel the tee time 24 hours prior or are a no show for the tee time. Should the booking be made for a twosome or more, the member who reserved the tee time will be charged $25.00 plus tax for each player who fails to show for the tee time. If a member has excessively (defined as three times in an eight-week period) cancelled their tee time at or near the 24-hour timeframe, the member will be charged four no show fees for any future cancellations in a similar timeframe. The no show or late cancellation fees will be waived in cases of inclement weather conditions to include rain, electrical storms, winds in excess of 20 mph, or temperatures below 45.

When daylight allows, times prior to 9:00AM are available on a first come, first served basis. Non-Brownout Tee Times Two starting times per hour up to 12:00PM will be reserved for Non-Premium Play Package play. These tee times are blocked from a mid to late morning window to have less impact on Premium Play Package participants. Holidays Weekday Premium Play Package participants have access to tee times on a standby basis only. Full Week Premium Play Package participants and Flex Pass Participants have full access to tee times. Members utilizing the Trilogy Preferred Rate have full access to tee times Holidays: Monday following New Year s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President s Day, Easter Monday, Columbus Day, Veteran s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving. Waste Management Open During the week of the Waste Management Phoenix Open (indicated by light green boxes on the calendar) there will be an additional four tee times per day reserved in a brownout-like fashion. Furthermore, neither the Trilogy Preferred Rate nor Flex passes will be available during this time period. The Trilogy Resident Rate of 20% off the posted rate as provided in the CC&R s will of course be honored.
