Date June, 18 th to 21 st 2015 Golf Course: Golf & Country Club Zagreb III. Conditions A) 72 holes of stroke play (4 rounds) men s 54 holes of stroke play (3 rounds) ladies Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday - 18 th June, 1 st Round 18 holes - 19 th June, 2 nd Round 18 holes, 1 st Round ladies - 20 th June, 3 rd Round 18 holes, 2 nd Round ladies - 21 st June, 4 th Final Round 18 holes, 3 rd Round ladies For the 3 rd round the men players with the best 50 and 3 rd round women players with the best 20 results and ties over 36 holes will qualify. The remainder will be eliminated. In the event of a tie for first place the winner will be decided by a hole by hole playoff. For any further tie the winners will be decided based on the final stipulated 36, 18, 9,6,3 holes or last hole, in that order. B) The Championship is to be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as Approved by the R & A Rules Limited, and the Local Rules as approved by the Championship Committee. C) The ball the player uses must be named on the current List of Conforming Golf Balls issued by The R&A Rules Limited. Penalty for breach of conditions: Disqualification D) Driving Clubs Any driver the player carries must have a club head, identified by model and loft that is named on the current List of Conforming Driver Heads issued by the R&A. Penalty for making stroke with club in breach of condition: Disqualification IV. Eligibility Amateurs men and women, who are members of a Golf Club that is member of National Association /Federation /Union. Exemptions The following will be exempt from the ballot provided they satisfy the handicap requirements: - Ten (10) players nominated by the Croatian Golf Association. V. Limit of exact handicap and entries 120 Competitor shall be eligible to compete (90 men, 30 women), with an exact handicap of men - 18,0 and women 24 strokes or better, certified by the respective Handicap authority and must be validated on the date of entry. If the number of entries exceeds 120, places in the starting field will decided by handicap ballot.

3 VI. Prizes The winners will receive the Challenge trophy of the Croatian Golf Association up to the third rank. VII. Championship Committee Croatian Golf Association International Croatian Amateur Championship - 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd place VIII. Entries Entries must be made only on the official Entry Form. Entry Form must be received by the Croatian Golf Association not later than June, Monday, 15 th 2015 at 12:00 a.m., by fax or fully completed. Entrants must in all respect conform to the Rules of Amateur Status and shall sign the declaration to that effect contained in the Entry Form. Entry Fee 200 EUR Men s ( ), 150 EUR Ladies ( ), snack and drink on start, lunch after all rounds is included, practice round. Free practice Round Participants are kindly requested to pay this amount on arrival at the Administrator and information centre at the golf club. In case the participant does not pay the fee, he/she will be not allowed to compete. One day prior to the championship. Registration: All Players must register at the Golf & Country Club Zagreb at the day before the championship until p.m. A competitor who does not register up to this date and time is liable to be withdrawn from the championship. If a player is unable to register in person, a registration by another person, via fax or will be accepted. XII. 5 GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB ZAGREB ABOUT US The company golf & country club Zagreb was founded 15 years ago with the goal of opening a golf course in Zagreb. Our intention was to return golf to Zagreb and Zagreb to golf. In the year 2004, we completed the first part of our project. As soon as one ambition was fulfilled, new and greater one appeared. The golf course of the golf & country club Zagreb has been constructed on a site where nature had previously been devastated. The location, within reach of the center of Zagreb, permits simple and rapid access to this place of cultivated nature, social life, sports and active recreation.

6 EXECUTIVE GOLF COURSE The executive golf course with 9 holes and a total length of 1,546 meters, with three PAR 4 holes and six PAR 3 holes, is a challenge for the beginner as well as the experienced golfer. The gravel and grass bunkers, water hazards and a forest on the seventh hole, make the game of golf additionally exciting.

7 CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSE The championship golf course with 18 holes and a total length of 6,415 meters, with 11 lakes, is a challenge to every golfer. The water hazards is offering exciting opportunities for experienced golfers to test their skills and try their luck. Present and future Croatian golfers have the opportunity to play on the finest golf course in the country. Our golf course is designed according to Professional Golf Association (PGA) Standards. 8 RESTAURANT AND WIN SALON Restore your energy after a round of golf, rest, or simply enjoy the wide gourmet offer of our restaurant. Within the clubhouse there is also a Pro Shop where you can buy all the necessary golf equipment. Club house is also equipped with ladies's and gentlemen's changing rooms with showers, as well as other facilities necessary to make your stay in our Club as pleasant as possible. The restaurant is located inside the club house. Spacious interior of the restaurant with more than 60 seats complement large terrace with more than 70 seats and a view of the executive golf course and mountain Medvednica. If you go on the firs floor of the house you will find the Win Salon, 110 m2 with balconies on the eastern and western sides. Many specialties of the local cuisine along with local delicacies are the guarantee of true gourmet delight that you can experience in the company of friends, business partners or family
